Home selling and buying in West Valley City Utah Real Estate showed off some new numbers in the market last month. It had sold out 90 homes in the market of which drawn new home sale curves in West Valley City. Year over year change of sale dropped 17.43 percent from 109 sold homes of May last year. Its monthly change of sale slightly decreased 4.3 percent from 94 sold homes of April this year.

Home sales seem to be up and down in West Valley City Utah Real Estate last month. New home sale curves and comparisons have been drawn by a total of 94 sold homes in the market. Year over year change of sale still down 6.93 percent from 101 sold homes of April 2010. Monthly change of sale slight rose 4.3 percent from 90 sold homes of March this year.

West Valley City Utah Homes gained a median sold price of $124,000 of which decreased 23.46 percent from $162,000 of April last year. These sold homes have been for 100 median days on market. A balance market have been noticed in West Valley City Real Estate due to its 5.79 months of inventory.

So far, there are 544 actively listed homes for sale in West Valley City Utah of which 150 properties are under contract in the market.

There have been good home sale numbers in West Valley City Utah Real Estate during the first quarter of 2011. Gaining 193 sold homes in the market, it rose 16.27 percent from 166 sold homes of Q1 2010. Also, it went up 3.76 percent from 186 sold properties of Q4 last year.

Based from MLS record, the median sold price was $130,000 of which marked the lowest since 2006. It gained a median CDOM of 109. Likewise, it had an average sold price of $136,662 with 155 average cumulative days on market.

The highest selling price of sold property was at $310,000 while the lowest price house was sold at $20,000 in West Valley City UT Real Estate.

It’s been a good month for West Valley City Utah Homes since it gained good numbers in the market during March 2011. Home sales grew up and home sale comparisons became better this time. With a total of 90 homes sold in the market, year over year change of sale went up 14.44 percent from 77 sold homes of March 2010. Talking about its monthly change of sale, the level climbed up 46.7 percent from 48 homes that have been sold during February of the same year.

West Valley City Utah Real Estate had a median sold price of $133,000 of which decreased 15.29 percent from $157,000 of March 2010. The market of West Valley City Real Estate had a balanced market since it gained 6.16 months of inventory.

The original list price of sold homes was $158,900 and have been for 106 median days on market.

With a total of 186 homes that have been sold out, it went up 27.39 percent from 146 sold homes during Q3 2010. It also went up 7.5 percent from 173 total sold homes of Q4 2008. On the other hand,  home sale comparisons also went out of which dropped 22.17 percent from 239 sold homes of last quarter of 2009.

The median sold price was $150,000 with 87 median CDOM. West Valley City Utah Real Estate got also an average sold price of $152,745 with an 127 average CDOM.
