West Jordan Utah Real Estate revealed high numbers in the market last month. Home sales went up during December last year. With a total of 102 sold homes, both yearly and monthly change of sales increased in the market. Year over year change of sale drifted up 21.57 percent from 80 sold homes of December 2010. In terms of monthly change of sale, it rose 21.6 percent from 80 sold properties from November last year.

Median sold price dropped 17.10 percent from $196250 to $162700. Home sales have been for 79 median days on market. It’s a sellers market in West Jordan Utah Homes due to 4.27 percent months of inventory.

Currently, there are 436 actively listed homes for sale in West Jordan Utah of which 153 are under contract properties in the market.

Both monthly and yearly change of sale dropped in the market. Year over year change of sale went down 5.88 percent from 85 sold homes of November last year. In terms of monthly change of sale, it drifted down 22.3 percent from 103 sold homes of October 2011.

Home sales have been for 57 median days on market. Its median sold price have reached $168,000 of which dropped 9.19 percent from $185,000. There’s a balance market in West Jordan UT Real Estate due to 5.83 months of inventory.

So far, there are 466 actively listed homes for sale in West Jordan Utah of which 142 homes are under contract in the market.

Year over year change of sale went up 33.01 percent from 69 sold homes of October last year. On the other hand, monthly change of sale decreased 11.2 percent from 116 sold homes of September this year.

The median sold price was $170000 of which dropped 12.53 percent from $194350 of October last year. Probably, prices of Utah houses will go up in the market due to 4.95 months of inventory. Home sales have been for 76 median days on market.

Currently, there are 510 actively listed homes for sale in West Jordan Utah of which 146 are under contract properties in the market.

Year over year change of sale went up 37.07 percent from 73 sold homes of September last year. In terms of monthly change of sale, it dropped 9.4 percent from 128 sold homes of August 2010.

The median sold priced was $174,500 of which dropped 7.13 percent from $187,888 of September last year. It’s a sellers market in West Jordan Homes due to 4.63 months of inventory. Home sales have been for 95 median days on market.

West Jordan Utah Real Estate gained good numbers on its home sales in the market last month. A total of 128 homes for sale in Utah have been sold out in the market. Year over year change of sale went up 25.78 percent from 95 sold homes of August 2010. Monthly change of sale increased 21.1 percent from 101 sold properties of July this year.

The number of under contract properties went down from 181 last month to 175 this time. Home sales had a median sold price of $173,700 of which dropped 6.11 percent from $185,000 of August last year. It’s a seller’s market in West Jordan Utah Homes for sale due to its 4.41 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 565 active listings of homes for sale in West Jordan Utah.

Monthly home sales in West Jordan Real Estate showed off new curves in the market. There were 101 homes in West Jordan sold. Year over year change of sale went up 27.72 percent from 73 sold homes of July 2010. Monthly change of sale dropped 15.1 percent from 119 sold homes of June this year.

Home sales have been  for 63 median days on market. West Jordan Utah Real Estate had a median sold price of $175,500 of which dropped 3.57 percent from $182,000 of July 2010. There have been a balance market in West Jordan Utah Homes since it got 5.95 months of inventory.

As of now, there 181 under contract homes of which lower compared to last month(119). Lower number of under contract homes can bring lesser home sales in the future.

Currently, there are 601 active listings of homes for sale in West Jordan Utah.

A total of 119 homes have been sold out of which both yearly and monthly change of sale levels increased this time. Year over year change of sale went up 5.04 percent from 113 sold homes of June 2010. Monthly change of sale slight rose 1.7 percent from 117 sold properties made during May 2011.

The median sold price was $175,000 of which decreased 15.56 percent from $207,250 of June last year. Home sales have been for 78 median days on market. West Jordan Homes had a balance market since it had 5.04 months of inventory.

So far, there are 600 actively listed homes for sale in West Jordan UT of which 209 are under contract in the market.

New market curves have been drawn by home sales in West Jordan Utah Real Estate of which sold 117 properties last month. Although yearly change of sale was down, its monthly change of sale went up this time. Viewing some percentage in the market, year over year change of sale dropped 13.97 percent from 136 sold homes of May last year. Monthly change of sale slightly rose 6.8 percent from 109 sold homes of April 2011.

Home sales have been for 83 median days on market. West Jordan Utah Homes had a balance market since it gained 5.46 months of inventory. In terms of median sold price, it decreased 11.56 percent from $196,750 of May 2010 to $174,000.

As of now, there are 639 actively listed homes for sale in West Jordan Utah of which 172 are under contract in the market.

April 2011 Home Sales Statistics for West Jordan!

West Jordan Utah Homes showed off some new numbers in the market last month. Some curves in the market went up and some dropped a little bit in numbers. Based from Multiple Listing Services record, West Jordan Utah Real Estate sold out 109 homes in the market.

Year over year change of sale slightly dropped 8.4 percent from 119 sold homes of April last year. Its median sold price also drifted down 9.5 percent from $200,000 of April 2010 to $181,000. In terms of monthly change of sale, its home sales somewhat increased 2.8 percent from 106 sold homes of March this year.

These properties for sale have been for 88 median days on market. A balance market was noted in West Jordan Utah Real Estate since it gained 5.87 months of inventory.

Recently, there are 640 active listings of West Jordan Utah Homes for sale in the market. Also, nearly 182 properties are under contract this time.

 

 

Home Sales up for West Jordan during the First Quarter of 2011!

West Jordan Utah Real Estate seemed to have good home sales during the first quarter of 2011. Numbers can be attributed from its 259 total sold homes in the market. It increased 12.61 percent from 230 sold homes of Q1 2010. West Jordan Homes also outnumbered sales of Q4 2010 of which rose 5.71 percent from 245 sold homes to 259 sold properties this time.

Home sales drawn new numbers on its median sold price of about $175,000 with 115 median CDOM. Meanwhile, it gained an average sold price of $180,447 with 140 average CDOM respectively.

The highest selling price of sold home was at $365,000 while the lowest price was at $33,000.

As spring season is about to come, West Jordan UT Real Estate will be expecting more home buyers in the market.
