The median sold price reached $265,000 of which went down 9.93 percent from $279,762 of September last year. Home sales have been for 47 median days on market. It’s still a buyer’s market in South Jordan Utah Real Estate due to 7.98 months of inventory. This time prices of houses go down for these properties stay longer in the market.

Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate showed off some high and low numbers on its home sales last September 2011. There were 244 homes sold in the market. Yearly change of sale still up 25.82 percent while monthly change of sale slightly dropped 12.2 percent from 278 sold homes of August this year.
The median sold price reached $166,350 of which dropped 20.41 percent from $209,000 of September last year. Salt Lake City Utah Homes had a balance market since it got 5.09 months of inventory. Home sales have been for 51 median days on market.
So far, there are 360 under contract single family homes in Salt Lake City of which far more lower than last month’s (386) listings of under contract properties. Fewer number of under contract properties may affect the home sales in the future.
Currently, there are 1,241 actively listed homes for sale in Salt Lake City Utah.
West Jordan Utah Real Estate gained good numbers on its home sales in the market last month. A total of 128 homes for sale in Utah have been sold out in the market. Year over year change of sale went up 25.78 percent from 95 sold homes of August 2010. Monthly change of sale increased 21.1 percent from 101 sold properties of July this year.
The number of under contract properties went down from 181 last month to 175 this time. Home sales had a median sold price of $173,700 of which dropped 6.11 percent from $185,000 of August last year. It’s a seller’s market in West Jordan Utah Homes for sale due to its 4.41 months of inventory.
Currently, there are 565 active listings of homes for sale in West Jordan Utah.
South Jordan Utah Real Estate improved on its home sales in the market last month. According to MLS, 72 homes have been sold out in South Jordan UT Real Estate. Both yearly and monthly change of sale levels went up this time. Its year over year change of sale increased 8.33 percent from 66 sold homes of August last year. Also, monthly change of sale drifted up 19.4 percent from 58 sold homes of July this year.
Median sold price dropped 11.38 percent from $290,200 to $261,375. Home sales have been for 11 median days on market. South Jordan UT Homes had a balance market due to 5.81 months of inventory.
So far, there are 122 under contract properties in the market.
Currently, 418 active listed South Jordan Utah Homes are for sale in the market.
The selling and buying of condos in Salt Lake City UT Real Estate have been so tough last month. Statistics in the market went up and down for both monthly and yearly change of sales. There were 42 condos sold in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate in July 2011. Yearly change of sale rose 16.67 percent from 35 sold homes of August 2010. On the other hand, monthly change of sale drifted down 23.6 percent from 55 sold homes of July 2011 to 42 sold homes of August this year.
Its median sold price went down 14.58 percent from $200,000 of August last year to $170,850 of August this year. An 11.74 months of inventory was also noted and it’s still a buyer’s market.
The number of under contract properties went up to 64 from 49 last month. The higher the number of under contract properties the higher sales it will bring in the future.
So far, there are 493 active listings of Salt Lake City Condos for sale in the market.
Selling and buying of properties in Sandy Utah Real Estate set new records of sales in the market last month. According to MLS data, there were 104 homes in Sandy sold. Monthly home sales brought higher percentage increase in terms of yearly and monthly change of sale levels in the market. Year over year change of sale rose 18.27 percent from 85 sold homes of July 2010. Likewise, monthly change of sale went up 3.8 percent from 100 sold homes of June this year.
Median sold price dropped 3.29 percent from $245,000 of July 2010 to $236,950 of July this year. Home sales have been for 69 median days on market with dollar per square foot of $91.72. Sandy Utah Homes had a balance market due to 6.35 months of inventory.
So far, the number of under contract properties dropped a little to 156 from 161 last month. Fewer under contract homes will mean lesser home sales in the future.
Currently there are 661 actively listed homes for sale in Sandy Utah.
Riverton’s monthly home sale revealed some new numbers in the market. Last month’s home sale set new records on both monthly and yearly change of sale levels. There were 40 properties in Riverton Utah Real Estate sold. Yearly change of sale increased 27.5 percent from 29 sold homes of July 2010. On the other hand, monthly change of sale went down 21.6 percent from 51 sold homes of June 2011.
The median sold price was $202750 of which dropped 18.57 percent from $249,000 of July 2010 to $202,750 of July this year. Home sales have been for 84 median days on market. No doubt that Riverton Utah Homes had a balance market since it gained 5.25 months of inventory.
The number of under contract properties slightly went up to 69 from 66 last month. Currently, there are 210 active listings of homes for sale in Riverton Utah.
