Real estate in Midvale Utah currently sold a total of 24 properties during June 2011 of which home sale remained the same while year over year change of sales drifted down 4% with 25 homes sold in June of the previous year.

Original sold price in Midvale UT homes for the month of June was $177,400 which was higher than the original sold price last June 2010 with $169,000. Median sold price have declined 1.56%in the year over year change in sales price, from $160,000 down to $157,500.

Average UT homes sold have three bedrooms and two bath features.

There are around 212 active homes for sale in Midvale Utah listed in the market, 33 of which have gone under contract.

Home sales seem to get better in Sandy Utah Real Estate last month. A total of 100 homes have been sold out in the market of which marked some new curves in Sandy Utah Homes this time. Year over year change of sale slightly went up 7 percent from 93 sold homes of May last year. Its monthly change of sale increased 14 percent from 86 sold properties of April 2011.

Sandy Utah Homes got a median sold price of $218,173 of which dropped 5.14 percent from $230,000 of May last year. Home sales have been for 60 median days on market. It’s still a buyer’s market in Sandy since it got 14 months of inventory.

As of the moment, there are 690 actively listed homes for sale in Sandy UT of which 168 properties are under contract in the market.

Herriman Monthly Home Sales Down in May 2011

Monthly and yearly change of sales still down in Herriman Utah Real Estate market last for the month of May which sold 38 houses in the market. Monthly sales plummeted 9.52 percent from 42 sold properties during April. Year over year change of sale also went down 9.52 percent.

The median sold price was $234,525 and $257,000 for the original sold price.  Herriman Utah Homes sale have been for 82 median days on market.

Murray Home Sales: Gaining good numbers during March 2011!

Murray Utah Real Estate had good home sale numbers during March 2011. This time, 37 homes have been sold out in the market. Year over year change of sales went up 10.81 percent from 33 sold homes of March 2010. Likewise, its monthly change of sale level grew up 35.1 percent from 24 sold homes of February 2011.

Home selling and buying time have been for 97 median days on market with a median sold price of $200,000 of which went up 10 percent from $180,000 of March of last year.

A balance market have been drawn by 6.65 months of inventory in Murray Utah Homes.

As of the moment, there are 246 actively listed homes for sale in Murray Utah of which 44 are under contract properties this time.

South Jordan Home Sales during December 2010!

Home sales seemed to decrease in South Jordan Ut Real Estate during December 2010. Obviously, result of home sales came out that only 51 homes have been sold out in the market. With this total sold homes, year over year change of sales slightly dropped 5.56 percent from 54 sold homes of December 2009. Monthly change of sale also went down 3.8 percent from 53 sold properties of November 2010.

The median sold price also drifted down 5.12 percent to $230,000 from $281,950 of December 2009. Home selling and buying in South Jordan Utah Real Estate have been for 104 median days on market. There have been 8.33 months of inventory which shows that there was a buyer’s market happened in South Jordan market.

The slight decline can be traced up from 43 homes that have been considered as sold out in the market. As a result, both yearly and monthly change of sales went down which affected the home sale curve in South Jordan Utah Houses .

Year over change of sales slightly rocketed down 18.87 percent from 53 sold homes of October last year while monthly change of sales still down 4.4 percent from 45 sold homes during September 2010.

An estimated 26 units were sold in Magna Utah Real Estate during the third quarter of this year. Home sales numbers went down 58.06% compared to 62 sold homes in 2009.

The chart below shows the homes sold from year 2007 that sold 110 UT homes, it dropped down to 89 units sold during third quarter 2008, down again 30.34% during 2009 having 62 properties and declined once again this year to 26. The highest count was during Q3 2007 and the lowest was this year.

The lowest home sold amounted $76250 and $196000 for the highest price. The median price went down to $149450 from $127500 the. The average price is $127158, with 152 Average Contract Days on Market.

South Jordan Home Sales down 23.73% in September 2010!

South Jordan Utah Real Estate have been experiencing low sales last month. These declining home selling and buying trend somehow triggers the market of South Jordan as it still continues to surge down with only 45 homes as sold out in the market last month. Both yearly and month change of sales have been affected which brought low numbers in the market. Year over change of sales dropped 23.73 percent from 59 sold homes of September 2009 while monthly change of sales drifted down 31.8 percent from 66 sold properties during August 2010.

The median sold price went down 6.08 percent to $279,762 from $266,000 of September 2009. Last month’s home sales have been for 105 median days on market. The months of inventory of South Jordan Utah Houses for Sale was 11.11.

As you look at the trend of sales, some other numbers are surging up and there are some which are a little downward in the real estate field.
