Home selling and buying in Sandy UT Real Estate have drawn new numbers in the market last month. Yearly and monthly change of sales brought new curves in the market too. According to MLS, there were 81 homes sold. Year over year change of sale slight increased 1.23 percent from 80 sold properties of December 2010. Monthly change of sale decreased 2.4 percent from 83  sold homes of November 2011.

Home sales have been for 81 median days on market with a median sold price of $212,000. Median sold price decreased 10.63 percent from $237,210 of December 2010. There’s a balance market in Sandy Utah Homes due to 5.16 months of inventory.

So far, there are 418 actively listed homes for sale in Sandy Utah of which 131 are under contract in the market.

Home selling and buying  in Sandy Utah Real Estate revealed its numbers in the market for the month of November this year. With a total of 83 homes sold in the market, year over year change of sale went up 10.84 percent from 74 sold homes of November last year. There was a slight decrease of about 1.2 percent on its monthly change of sale. From 84 sold homes to 83 properties sold this time.

Median sold price went down 7.71 percent from $226,000 to $208,583. Home sales have been for 88 median days on market. There’s a balance market in Sandy UT Real Estate due to 5.50 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 457 actively listed homes for sale in Sandy Utah of which 131 are under contract properties in the market.

Home selling and buying brought good numbers in Sandy Utah Real Estate market last month. This can be attributed from a total of 84 homes sold in Sandy during October 2011. Year over year change of sale rose 35.71 percent from 54 sold properties of October 2010. Its monthly change of sale slightly increased 6 percent from 79 sold homes of September this year.

Home sales had a median sold price of $241,250. This median sold price went up 6.11 percent from $226,500 of October last year. There have been a balance market in Sandy Utah Homes due to 6.20 months of inventory. Sold houses have been for 86 median days on market.

Currently, there are 521 actively listed homes for sale in Sandy Utah of which 159 properties are under contract in the market.

Sandy Utah Real Estate seemed to have high and low numbers on its change of sales for the month of September 2011. Home sales brought new curves in the market. There were 79 homes sold in Sandy Real Estate. Its monthly change of sale dropped 21 percent from 100 sold homes of August 2011. Year over year change of sale slightly went up 12.66 percent from 69 sold properties of September last year.

It’s a buyer’s market in Sandy Utah Homes due to 7.29 months of inventory. Home sales had a median sold price of $213850 of which went down 10.9 percent from $240,000 of September 2010. Sold properties have been for 94 median sold price.

Recently, 576 Sandy Utah Homes are actively listed in the market. The number of under contract properties went up from 39 to 47 this time.

Home Sales in Sandy increased in July 2011!

Selling and buying of properties in Sandy Utah Real Estate set new records of sales in the market last month. According to MLS data, there were 104 homes in Sandy sold. Monthly home sales brought higher percentage increase in terms of yearly and monthly change of sale levels in the market. Year over year change of sale rose 18.27 percent from 85 sold homes of July 2010. Likewise, monthly change of sale went up 3.8 percent from 100 sold homes of June this year.

Median sold price dropped 3.29 percent from $245,000 of July 2010 to $236,950 of July this year. Home sales have been for 69 median days on market with dollar per square foot of $91.72. Sandy Utah Homes had a balance market due to 6.35 months of inventory.

So far, the number of under contract properties dropped a little to 156 from 161 last month. Fewer under contract homes will mean lesser home sales in the future.

Currently there are 661 actively listed homes for sale in Sandy Utah.

Sandy Utah Homes revealed some good numbers in the market last month. Home sales seemed to be good in terms of yearly change of sale level. With a total of 100 sold homes, its year over year change of sale went up 12 percent from 88 sold homes of June last year. Monthly change of sale was still on the same percentage curve. Sales gained a median sold price of $205,500 of which dropped 16.12 percent from $245,000 of June last year.

The duration of home sales have been for 105 median days on market. Sandy Utah Real Estate got a balance market since it had 6.75 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 675 actively listed homes for sale in Sandy Utah of which 161 properties are under contract in the market.

 

Home Sale in Sandy Gets Better in May 2011!

Home sales seem to get better in Sandy Utah Real Estate last month. A total of 100 homes have been sold out in the market of which marked some new curves in Sandy Utah Homes this time. Year over year change of sale slightly went up 7 percent from 93 sold homes of May last year. Its monthly change of sale increased 14 percent from 86 sold properties of April 2011.

Sandy Utah Homes got a median sold price of $218,173 of which dropped 5.14 percent from $230,000 of May last year. Home sales have been for 60 median days on market. It’s still a buyer’s market in Sandy since it got 14 months of inventory.

As of the moment, there are 690 actively listed homes for sale in Sandy UT of which 168 properties are under contract in the market.

Monthly change of sale up for Salt Lake City during May 2011: Its single family homes’ number!

There was another good curve for Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate last month. Monthly change of sale went up this time. With 275 single family homes sold in the market, monthly change of sale went up 13.5 percent from 238 sold homes of April this year. On the other hand, yearly change of sale went down 13.25 percent 317 sold homes of May 2010.

Home sales brought new median sold of $185,000 of which decreased 9.76 percent from $205,000 of April last year. Sold properties have been for 54 median days on market. For now, it’s a seller’s market in Salt Lake City UT Real Estate since it got 4.97  months of inventory.

Currently, there are 1,367 homes for sale in Salt Lake City Utah of which 404 are under contract properties in the market.

Home sales in Sandy Utah Real Estate revealed some high and low numbers in the market last month. Some home sale comparisons went down and up in the market of which can be attributed from 86 sold homes. Year over year change of sale went down 14 percent from 100 sold homes of April last year. In terms of monthly change of sale, it rose 8.1 percent from 79 sold homes of March this year.

Sandy Utah Homes had a median sold price of $235,850 of which drifted up 2.48 percent from $230,000 of April last year. Meanwhile, home sales have been for 86 median days on market. Again, it’s a buyer’s market in Sandy Real Estate since it gained 7.95 months of inventory.

So far, there are 684 actively listed homes for sale in Sandy UT of which 157 are under contract properties in the market.

 

Home Sales during First Quarter of 2011: Sandy’s Numbers in the Market!

It’s really a good news for Sandy Utah Homes as its home sales during the first quarter of the year increased in the market. A total of 202 homes have been sold out which drawn new home sale comparisons in the entire Sandy Utah Real Estate. There was a 98.03 percent increase from 102 sold homes of Q1 2010. Home sales during the fourth quarter of 2010 have been outnumbered and an increase of 68.33% from 120 sold homes to 202 this time was noted in the market.

The median sold price reached $236,000 with 130 median CDOM. Its home sales also brought an average sold price of $272,330 with 166 average CDOM. The highest selling price of sold home was at $1,320,000 while the lowest price house was sold at $43,000.

Sandy Utah Homes will be expecting more home buyers to flood in the market as spring season of buying and selling of homes is fast approaching.
