Year over year change of sale increased 8.84 percent from 196 sold homes made during December 2010. Monthly change of sale went up 3.3 percent from 208 sold homes of November last year.
Median sold price reached $159,900 of which dropped 14.49 percent from $187,000 of December 2010. Home sales have been for 69 median days on market. It’s a sellers market in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate due to 4.54 months of inventory.
Currently, there are 985 actively listed homes for sale in Salt Lake City Utah of which 297 are under contract properties.
The number of sold homes in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate revealed some new curves in the market last month. Yearly change of sale went up while monthly change of sale slightly down this time. With a total of 208 homes sold in the market, its year over year change of sale increased 14.9 percent from 177 sold homes of November last year. Monthly change of sale slightly went down 13.7 percent from 241 sold homes of October 2011.

Home sales have raised the level of increase on both monthly and yearly change of sales. Year over year change of sale went up 38.49 percent from 171 sold homes of August last year. Its monthly change of sale increased 7.9 percent from 256 sold homes of July 2011.
The median sold price reached $176,500 of which dropped 25.18 percent from $235,900 of August 2010. Home sales have been for 58 median days on market. This time, it’s a seller’s market due to 4.77 months of inventory in Salt Lake City UT Real Estate.
The number of under contract properties was 386. So far, there are 1,325 actively listed homes for sale in Salt Lake City Utah.

Condo selling and buying in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate seemed to decrease in the market last month. According to its MLS data, a total of 38 condos have been sold out. Year over year change of sale went down 33.33 percent from 57 sold homes of June last year. Condos sales also dropped 9.5 percent from 42 sold condos of May 2011.
The median sold price was $121,750 of which dropped 27.07 percent from $166,944 of June last year. Sales in Salt Lake City Condos have been for 126 median days on market. It’s still a buyer’s market since it got 13.08 months of inventory.
