Magna Utah Home Sales Plummeted 26.47 Percent in June 2010

With an estimated 25 sold properties, Magna Utah home sales went down 26.47 percent compared to 34 homes sold during May, it also decreased 3.85 percent in year over change.
In the latest report done by Multiple Listings Services, original list price declined to $160000 from $169000, on the other hand, median sold price climbed up from $135000 the previous month to $160000.
Magna UT average home sold include four bedrooms and two bathroom features. The record shows that active homes for sale in Magna Utah listed has reached 185 and, 21 of which have gone under contract.
