New market curves have been drawn by home sales in West Jordan Utah Real Estate of which sold 117 properties last month. Although yearly change of sale was down, its monthly change of sale went up this time. Viewing some percentage in the market, year over year change of sale dropped 13.97 percent from 136 sold homes of May last year. Monthly change of sale slightly rose 6.8 percent from 109 sold homes of April 2011.

Home sales have been for 83 median days on market. West Jordan Utah Homes had a balance market since it gained 5.46 months of inventory. In terms of median sold price, it decreased 11.56 percent from $196,750 of May 2010 to $174,000.

As of now, there are 639 actively listed homes for sale in West Jordan Utah of which 172 are under contract in the market.

April 2011 Home Sales Statistics for West Jordan!

West Jordan Utah Homes showed off some new numbers in the market last month. Some curves in the market went up and some dropped a little bit in numbers. Based from Multiple Listing Services record, West Jordan Utah Real Estate sold out 109 homes in the market.

Year over year change of sale slightly dropped 8.4 percent from 119 sold homes of April last year. Its median sold price also drifted down 9.5 percent from $200,000 of April 2010 to $181,000. In terms of monthly change of sale, its home sales somewhat increased 2.8 percent from 106 sold homes of March this year.

These properties for sale have been for 88 median days on market. A balance market was noted in West Jordan Utah Real Estate since it gained 5.87 months of inventory.

Recently, there are 640 active listings of West Jordan Utah Homes for sale in the market. Also, nearly 182 properties are under contract this time.

 

 

Home Sales up for West Jordan during the First Quarter of 2011!

West Jordan Utah Real Estate seemed to have good home sales during the first quarter of 2011. Numbers can be attributed from its 259 total sold homes in the market. It increased 12.61 percent from 230 sold homes of Q1 2010. West Jordan Homes also outnumbered sales of Q4 2010 of which rose 5.71 percent from 245 sold homes to 259 sold properties this time.

Home sales drawn new numbers on its median sold price of about $175,000 with 115 median CDOM. Meanwhile, it gained an average sold price of $180,447 with 140 average CDOM respectively.

The highest selling price of sold home was at $365,000 while the lowest price was at $33,000.

As spring season is about to come, West Jordan UT Real Estate will be expecting more home buyers in the market.

West Jordan Home Sales: Monthly change of sale increased 26.4 percent during March 2011!

West Jordan Utah Homes had good home sale numbers despite the fact that it had no change of sale on its yearly change of sale last month. With 106 sold homes, only monthly change of sale climbed up 26.4 percent from 78 sold homes of February of the current year.

Home sales have reached 103 median days on market while its original list price was at $188,450. The median sold price decreased 12.18 percent to $171,250 from $195,000 of March 2010. There have been a balance market in West Jordan Ut Real Estate since it gained 6.24 months of inventory.

There are 661 actively listed homes for sale in West Jordan Utah of which 180 properties are under contract in the market this time.

February 2010 Home Sales: West Jordan’s numbers rose 17.95%!

This time, West Jordan Utah Real Estate regained something good home sales last month. We have good numbers in the market!

Home sale numbers rose for both yearly and monthly change of sales. West Jordan Utah Homes sold out 78 properties in the market. Year over year change of sale increased 17.95 percent from 64 sold homes of February 2010. Monthly change of sales also drifted up 16.7 percent from 65 sold homes of January this year.

The new home sale numbers also brought new median sold price of which dropped 3.75 percent to $177,100 from $184,000 of February last year. Good home selling and buying have been for 99 median days on market. It’s still a buyer’s market in West Jordan since it had 9.28 months of inventory.

Moreover, there are 724 actively listed homes for sale in West Jordan Utah as of the moment. It include 166 properties which are under contract in the market.

West Jordan Utah Homes seemed to have high number of sold homes during January 2011. This can be attributed from its 65 total sold homes of which rose 26.15 percent from 48 sold homes of January 2010. Monthly change of sale slightly went down 18.8 percent from 80 sold properties of December 2010.

Home sales also brought changes in the number of median sold price of which dropped 9.26 percent to $179,900 from $198,250 of January 2010.

Home selling and buying have been for 121 median days on market. West Jordan Utah Real Estate got 11.15 months of inventory which means that it’s again buyer’s market.

Currently, there are 725 actively listed homes for sale in West Jordan Utah of which 137 are under contract properties in the market.

West Jordan’s Home Sales went down during Q4 2010!

Home sales in West Jordan Utah Real Estate dropped during the last quarter of 2010. It can be traced up from its 245 total sold homes of which dropped 3.5 percent from 254 sold homes of Q3 2010 and went down 36.67 percent from 387 homes sold during the 2nd quarter of 2010. There was a decrease of 29.79 percent when home sales are being compared from 349 sold homes of Q4 2009. On the other hand, it climbed up 7.9 percent from 227 sold homes of Q4 2008.

The highest price of sold house was at $344,900 while the lowest price property was sold out at $90,000.

When it comes to median sold price, it got $190,000 with 92 median CDOM. Average sold price reached $197,088 with 127 average CDOM in West Jordan Utah Real Estate.

Home sales still dropped in West Jordan Utah Real Estate for some reasons in the market last month. As tallied by Multiple Listing Services of West Jordan, about 69 homes have been sold out.  Statistics shows that there was a decline of 37.48 percent from 111 homes  that were sold out during October 2009 while monthly change of sales slightly went down 5.5 percent from 73 sold properties of September 2010.

Last month’s median sold price reached $194,350 of which decreased 2.83 percent from $200,000 of October 2009 and up from $187,888 of September 2010.

West Jordan Utah Homes Sales have been for 73 median days on market while it had a 10.48 months of inventory in the market. As of the moment, there are 723 active listed homes for sale in West Jordan Utah of which 168 houses went under contract so far. West Jordan Utah Real Estate still hopes for market increase in the coming months if trends will get better.
