Home selling and buying in Taylorsville Real Estate showed off some high and low numbers on its yearly and monthly change of sale last month. According to MLS record, there have been a total of 37 sold homes in the market of which drawn 35.14 percent up for its yearly change of sale from 24 sold homes of June last year.

These can be attributed from its 47 sold homes of which marked some high yearly and monthly change of sales in the market. Notably, yearly change of sales rose 27.66 percent from 34 sold homes of May last year. Another good number was on its monthly change of sale of which increased 38.3 percent from 29 sold houses of April this year in Taylorsville UT Real Estate.

The median sold price was $148,000 of which dropped 7.21 percent from $159,500 of May last year. Taylorsville Utah Homes sales have been for 73 median days on market. At this point of time, a balance market was noted since it had a 5.17 months of inventory.

Another home sale comparison showed off 3.3 percent decrease from 30 sold homes of March this year.

Home selling and buying in Taylorsville Real Estate brought new median sold price of which went down 21.62 percent from $185,000 of April last year to $145,000.

Home sales revealed some slight downturns in Taylorsville Utah Real Estate during the first quarter of 2011. With 75 total sold homes, it dropped 2.5 percent from 77 sold homes of Q1 2010. Likewise, it went down 10.71 percent from 84 sold homes of the last quarter of 2010.

Taylorsville Utah Homes had a median sold price of $139,900 with 117 median CDOM. Home sales also brought an average sold price of $142,799 with an average CDOM of 142.

Based on market records of Taylorsville UT Homes, the highest price of sold home reached $420,000 while the lowest price property was sold at $14,000.

Taylorsville Utah Real Estate revealed some high and low home sales comparisons in the market last month. Yearly change of sale went down while an increase in the monthly sale level was noted. A total of 30 homes have been sold out of which marked 25 percent decrease on its year over year change of sale. Monthly change of sale went up 20 percent from 24 sold homes of February of the current year.

Home sales also drawn new numbers in terms of median sold price of which dropping 19.43 percent to $141,000 from $175,000 of March last year. It’s still a buyer’s market in Taylorsville Utah Homes since it garnered 8.50 months of inventory. The original list price of sold homes was at $147500 with 104 median days on market.

That’s because home sales went up of which triggered the home sale curve for both monthly and yearly sale levels. With 24 total sold homes, yearly change of sale went up 12.5 percent from 21 sold homes of February 2010. Its monthly change of sale increased 29.2 percent from 17 sold homes of January this year.

The duration of home sales have been for 172 median days on market. Taylorsville Real Estate got 11.5 months of inventory of which achieved a buyer’s market again.

The median sold price was $147,900 of which dropped 15.49 percent from $175,000 of February last year.

As of the moment, nearly 276 homes for sale in Taylorsville UT are being listed of which 42 went under contract in the market.

Taylorsville Utah Homes showed off some good numbers in the market last month. These homes sales drawn certain numbers on its yearly sale level. With 17 home that have been sold out, it rose 47.06 percent from 9 homes sold during January 2010.

Meanwhile, monthly change of sale dropped nearly 52.8 percent from 36 sold homes of December 2010. Home sales brought new median sold price of which went down 15.02 percent to $133,000 from $156,500 of January last year.

The numbers of sold homes in Taylorsville Utah Real Estate have changed some new curves in the market during Q4 2010. The total number of homes sold reached 84 of which went up 15.06 percent from 73 sold properties of Q3 2010. There was a sudden change in terms of home sales of which notched down 31.14 percent from 122 sold homes of Q4 2009.

The median sold price reached $168,237 with 88 median CDOM. Home sales in Taylorsville Ut Real Estate got an average sold price of $177,850 with 128 average CDOM.

The property with a highest price was sold out at $495,000 while the lowest price house was sold at $26,600.

There was a good home sale number in Taylorsville Utah Real Estate during December 2010. With a total of 36 sold properties in the market, yearly and monthly sale levels climbed up again.

With this good result, year over year change of sale drifted up 19.44 percent from 29 sold homes of December 2009. A high increase of about 30.6 percent from 25 sold homes of November 2010 was also noted in terms of monthly change of sale in the market.

These homes that were sold out have been for 136 median days on market. Months of inventory touched 7.83 of which there’s buyer’s market in Taylorsville Utah Homes. The median sold price slightly dropped 4.76 percent to $170,000 from $178,500 of December 2009.

It seems that home sales in some some of the cities in Sake Lake County had high and low numbers in the market. Taylorsville Utah Real Estate showed off some high numbers on its monthly change sales comparison while yearly change of sales dropped in the market.

With a total of 25 homes that have been sold out, monthly change of sales climbed up 24 percent from 19 sold homes of October 2010 while yearly sale level drifted down 44.44 percent from 45 sold houses during November 2009.

Taylorsville Utah Homes sales have been for 66 median days on market while months of inventory reached 11.64 in the market.

Talking about its median sold price, it went down almost 20 percent to $15,0000 from $187,500 of November 2009.

The number of active listings of homes for sale in Taylorsville Utah nearly touched 291 of which 46 went under contract in the market.
