Home sales showed off some high and low numbers in Taylorsville Utah Real Estate last month. There were 27 homes sold in the market. Year over year change of sale went down 25 percent from 36 sold homes of December 2010. Monthly change of sale went up 29.6 percent from 19 sold properties of November 2011.

The median sold price reached $109,000 of which went down 35.88 percent from $170,000 of December 2010. Sold properties have been for 87 median days on market. Taylorsville Utah Homes had a balance market due to 5.67 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 153 actively listed homes for sale in Taylorsville Utah of which 38 properties under contract properties in the market.

With 19 homes sold in Taylorsville, yearly change of sale dropped 24 percent from 25 sold homes of November, a year ago. Likewise, monthly change of sale decreased 13.6 percent from 22 sold homes of October this year.

The median sold price reached $160,500 of which rose 6.54 percent from $150,000 of November last year. Home sales have been for 57 median days on market. It’s still a buyers market in Taylorsville UT Real Estate due to 8.58 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 163 actively listed homes for sale in Taylorsville Utah of which 57 are under contract properties in the market.

Year over year change of sale went up 13.64 percent from 19 sold homes of October 2010. On the other hand, monthly change of sale dropped 29 percent from 31 sold homes of September 2011.

This time, the median sold price reached $144600 of which decreased 13.14 percent from $166,475 of October last year. Sold homes have been for 79 median days on market. It’s still a buyers market due to 8.36 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 184 actively listed homes for sale in Taylorsville Utah of which 45 are under contract properties in the market.

The selling and buying of properties improved in Taylorsville Utah Real Estate last month. There were 31 sold homes recorded in the MLS data. Both of yearly and monthly change of sales. In terms of year over year change of sale, it rose 12.9 percent from 27 sold homes of September last year. Monthly change of sale increased 35.5 percent from 20 sold homes of August 2011.

There was a decrease of 20 percent on its yearly change of sale from 25 sold homes of August last year. Likewise, monthly change of sale also went down 42.9 percent from 35 sold homes of July 2011.

Home sales got a median sold price of $146,950 of which dropped 13.56 percent from $170,000 of August last year. Sold homes have been for 94 median days on market. It’s still a buyer’s market in Taylorsville Utah Homes since it had 10.17 months of inventory.

The number of under contract properties went down from 51 to 43 this month.

Monthly home sale in Taylorsville Real Estate brought new numbers in the market. There were 35 homes sold in Taylorsville last month. Year over year change of sale went up 45.71 percent from 19 sold homes of July 2010. On the other hand, monthly change of sale drifted down 5.4 percent from 37 sold homes of June this year.

The median sold price was $140,000 of which decreased 11.39 percent from $158,000 of July 2010. There have been a balance market in Taylorsville Utah Real Estate since it gained 6.14 months of inventory. Home sales have been for 109 median days on market.

Home selling and buying in Taylorsville Real Estate showed off some high and low numbers on its yearly and monthly change of sale last month. According to MLS record, there have been a total of 37 sold homes in the market of which drawn 35.14 percent up for its yearly change of sale from 24 sold homes of June last year.

Meanwhile, there was a downward shift for its monthly change of sale of which dropped 21.3 percent from 47 sold homes of May 2011. The median sold price reached $158,100 of which decreased 9.35 percent from $174,400 of June last year. Home sales have been for 65 median days on market. Another balance market have been achieved by Taylorsville Utah Homes since it got 6.27 months of inventory.

These can be attributed from its 47 sold homes of which marked some high yearly and monthly change of sales in the market. Notably, yearly change of sales rose 27.66 percent from 34 sold homes of May last year. Another good number was on its monthly change of sale of which increased 38.3 percent from 29 sold houses of April this year in Taylorsville UT Real Estate.

Another home sale comparison showed off 3.3 percent decrease from 30 sold homes of March this year.

Home sales revealed some slight downturns in Taylorsville Utah Real Estate during the first quarter of 2011. With 75 total sold homes, it dropped 2.5 percent from 77 sold homes of Q1 2010. Likewise, it went down 10.71 percent from 84 sold homes of the last quarter of 2010.

Taylorsville Utah Homes had a median sold price of $139,900 with 117 median CDOM. Home sales also brought an average sold price of $142,799 with an average CDOM of 142.

Based on market records of Taylorsville UT Homes, the highest price of sold home reached $420,000 while the lowest price property was sold at $14,000.
