December 2011 Home Sale Numbers in South Jordan!

Last month’s home sale in South Jordan Utah Real Estate revealed new curves in the market. A total of 55 homes have been sold out in the market according to MLS. Year over year change of sale went up 7.27 percent from 51 sold homes of December 2010. Monthly change of sale dropped 17.9 percent from 67 sold properties of November 2011.

The median sold price of home sales reached $260,000 of which increased 4.81 percent from $230,000 of December 2010. South Jordan Utah Real Estate have a balance market due to 6.38 months of inventory. Home sales have been for 93 median days on market.

South Jordan Utah Real Estate showed off some high and low numbers on its home sales last month. According to MLS, there were 67 homes sold in the market. Year over year change of sale went up 20.9 percent from 53 sold homes of November 2010. Monthly change of sale slightly went down 6.9 percent from 72 sold homes of October 2011.

Home sales got a median sold price of $258430 of which decreased 2.43 percent from $246000 of November last year. Sold properties have been for 71 median days on market. There’s a balance market in South Jordan Utah Real Estate due to 5.48 months of inventory.

So far, there are 367 actively listed homes for sale in South Jordan Utah of which 104 are under contract properties in the market.

South Jordan Utah Real Estate showed off some improvements on its home sales last month. Both yearly and monthly change of sales increased in the market. According to MLS, there were 72 homes sold in South Jordan during October this year. In terms of year over year change of sale, it went up 40.28 percent from 43 sold homes made during October last year. Monthly change of sale also drifted up 29.2 percent from 51 sold homes of September 2011.

Median sold price reached $239057.5 of which dropped 5.28 percent from $245000 of October last year. Home sales have been for 86 median days on market. South Jordan Utah Homes had balance market due to 5.28 months of inventory.

So far, there are 380 actively listed homes for sale in South Jordan Utah of which 125 are under contract properties in the market.

South Jordan’s home sales seemed to revealed some changes on the curve last month. There were 51 homes sold in South Jordan Utah Real Estate market. Year over year change of sale rose 11.76 percent from 45 sold homes of September 2010. On the other hand, monthly change of sale dropped 29.2 percent from 72 sold properties of August 2011.

The median sold price reached $265,000 of which went down 9.93 percent from $279,762 of September last year. Home sales have been for 47 median days on market. It’s still a buyer’s market in South Jordan Utah Real Estate due to 7.98 months of inventory. This time prices of houses go down for these properties stay longer in the market.

Currently, there are 407 actively listed homes for sale in South Jordan UT of which 131 are under contract properties in the market.

South Jordan Utah Real Estate improved on its home sales in the market last month. According to MLS, 72 homes have been sold out in South Jordan UT Real Estate. Both yearly and monthly change of sale levels went up this time. Its year over year change of sale increased 8.33 percent from 66 sold homes of August last year. Also, monthly change of sale drifted up 19.4 percent from 58 sold homes of July this year.

Median sold price dropped 11.38 percent from $290,200 to $261,375. Home sales have been for 11 median days on market. South Jordan UT Homes had a balance market due to 5.81 months of inventory.

So far, there are 122 under contract properties in the market.

Currently, 418 active listed South Jordan Utah Homes are for sale in the market.

South Jordan’s monthly home sales showed off new curves in the market. There were 58 homes in South Jordan Real Estate sold. Year over year change of sale went up 36.21 percent from 37 sold homes of July 2010. Its monthly change of sale dropped 19.4 percent from 72 sold homes of June 2011.

Home sales had a median sold price of $257,000 of which decreased 11.58 percent from $290,000 of July 2010. Sold properties have been for 64 median days on market. It’s buyers market in South Jordan Utah Homes since it got 7.57 months of inventory.

The number of under contract properties reached 126 of which slightly higher compared from last month’s 123 under contract homes in the market.

Currently, there are 439 active listings of homes for sale in South Jordan Utah.

Home sales in South Jordan UT Real Estate revealed some new numbers in the market last month. With a total of 72 sold homes, year over year change of sale went down 11.11 percent from 81 sold homes of June last year. In terms of monthly change of sale, it increased 11.1 percent from 64 sold homes of May this year.

The median sold price was $250,475 of which dropped 3.23 percent from $283,285 of June last year. Selling and buying time for these properties have been for 71 median days on market. South Jordan Utah Real Estate got a balance market due to its 6.22 months of inventory.

South Jordan Utah Real Estate showed off some new curves in the market last month. Home sales seemed to be up and down in terms of monthly and yearly change of sales. With a total of 64 sold homes, yearly change of sale dropped 17.95 percent from 78 sold homes of May 2010. Talking about its monthly change of sale, it went up 12.5 percent from 56 sold homes of April this year.

The new median sold price was $255,000 of which decreased 2.47 percent from $263,500 of May last year. Sold homes have been for 95 median days on market. There have been a balance market in South Jordan Utah Homes since the months of inventory reached 6.48.

Currently, there are 415 actively listed homes for sale in South Jordan UT of which 135 properties are under contract in the market.

South Jordan Utah Real Estate had low home sale comparisons last month. Based from Multiple Listing Services records, about 56 homes have been sold out in the market. Both monthly and yearly change of sale levels dropped this time.

Year over year change of sale dipped 17.65 percent from 68 homes sold during April last year. Also, monthly change of sale slightly decreased 5.1 percent from 59 sold homes of March 2011. Home sales gained 7.77 months of inventory of which brought another buyer’s market in South Jordan Utah Homes. The median sold price reached $260,655 of which went down 7.49 percent from $267,250 of April last year.

South Jordan Utah Homes did not show any increasing points on its home sales during the first quarter of 2011. Some home sale comparisons went down in the market this time. Based from year over year sales, it slightly drifted down 3.8 percent from 155 sold homes to 149 sold homes of Q1 2011. It also decreased 9.14 percent from 164 sold homes of Q4 2010.

South Jordan Utah Real Estate sold the highest price property at $625,000 and the lowest price house at $130,000.

Home sales had a median sold price of $255,000 with 134 median CDOM. The average sold price was $278,187 with an average CDOM of 176.
