Sandy Utah Homes revealed some good numbers in the market last month. Home sales seemed to be good in terms of yearly change of sale level. With a total of 100 sold homes, its year over year change of sale went up 12 percent from 88 sold homes of June last year. Monthly change of sale was still on the same percentage curve. Sales gained a median sold price of $205,500 of which dropped 16.12 percent from $245,000 of June last year.

The duration of home sales have been for 105 median days on market. Sandy Utah Real Estate got a balance market since it had 6.75 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 675 actively listed homes for sale in Sandy Utah of which 161 properties are under contract in the market.

 

Home Sale in Sandy Gets Better in May 2011!

Home sales seem to get better in Sandy Utah Real Estate last month. A total of 100 homes have been sold out in the market of which marked some new curves in Sandy Utah Homes this time. Year over year change of sale slightly went up 7 percent from 93 sold homes of May last year. Its monthly change of sale increased 14 percent from 86 sold properties of April 2011.

Sandy Utah Homes got a median sold price of $218,173 of which dropped 5.14 percent from $230,000 of May last year. Home sales have been for 60 median days on market. It’s still a buyer’s market in Sandy since it got 14 months of inventory.

As of the moment, there are 690 actively listed homes for sale in Sandy UT of which 168 properties are under contract in the market.

Monthly change of sale up for Salt Lake City during May 2011: Its single family homes’ number!

There was another good curve for Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate last month. Monthly change of sale went up this time. With 275 single family homes sold in the market, monthly change of sale went up 13.5 percent from 238 sold homes of April this year. On the other hand, yearly change of sale went down 13.25 percent 317 sold homes of May 2010.

Home sales brought new median sold of $185,000 of which decreased 9.76 percent from $205,000 of April last year. Sold properties have been for 54 median days on market. For now, it’s a seller’s market in Salt Lake City UT Real Estate since it got 4.97  months of inventory.

Currently, there are 1,367 homes for sale in Salt Lake City Utah of which 404 are under contract properties in the market.

Home sales in Sandy Utah Real Estate revealed some high and low numbers in the market last month. Some home sale comparisons went down and up in the market of which can be attributed from 86 sold homes. Year over year change of sale went down 14 percent from 100 sold homes of April last year. In terms of monthly change of sale, it rose 8.1 percent from 79 sold homes of March this year.

Sandy Utah Homes had a median sold price of $235,850 of which drifted up 2.48 percent from $230,000 of April last year. Meanwhile, home sales have been for 86 median days on market. Again, it’s a buyer’s market in Sandy Real Estate since it gained 7.95 months of inventory.

So far, there are 684 actively listed homes for sale in Sandy UT of which 157 are under contract properties in the market.

 

Home Sales during First Quarter of 2011: Sandy’s Numbers in the Market!

It’s really a good news for Sandy Utah Homes as its home sales during the first quarter of the year increased in the market. A total of 202 homes have been sold out which drawn new home sale comparisons in the entire Sandy Utah Real Estate. There was a 98.03 percent increase from 102 sold homes of Q1 2010. Home sales during the fourth quarter of 2010 have been outnumbered and an increase of 68.33% from 120 sold homes to 202 this time was noted in the market.

The median sold price reached $236,000 with 130 median CDOM. Its home sales also brought an average sold price of $272,330 with 166 average CDOM. The highest selling price of sold home was at $1,320,000 while the lowest price house was sold at $43,000.

Sandy Utah Homes will be expecting more home buyers to flood in the market as spring season of buying and selling of homes is fast approaching.

Sandy Home Sales: Its March 2011 Statistics!

Home sales in Sandy Utah Real Estate brought new curves in the market last month. Multiple Listing Services records revealed that 79 homes have been sold out in the market. Year over year change of sale went down 14.13 percent from 92 sold homes of March last year. It had gained 25.3 percent increase on its monthly change of sale of which from 59 sold of homes of February 2011 to 79 sold homes of March this year.

The duration of home sales have been for 137 median days on market while it got 8.01 months of inventory. It’s still a buyer’s market in Sandy UT Homes.

The median sold price was $225,000 of which slightly went down 3.12 percent from $232,458.5 of March last year.

Currently Sandy Utah Homes had 633 actively listed properties for sale in the market. One hundred fifty three houses went under contract this time.

Home Sales in Sandy: Viewing its numbers during February 2011!

There was a little decrease in the number of sold Sandy UT Real Estate recorded last month. Based on the MLS data, only 59 homes have been sold out of which marked some low home sale comparisons for yearly sale level while an up for monthly change of sale.

Yearly change of sale slightly went down 1.67 percent from 60 sold homes of February last year. In terms of monthly change of sale, it went up 13.6 percent from 51 sold homes of January this year in Sandy Utah Real Estate.

Median sold price also went down nearly half a percent to $231,000 from $231,875 of February 2010. Home sales have been for 136 median days on market while it gained 10.59 months of inventory.

Recently, it had 625 actively listed homes for sale in Sandy Utah of which 137 went under contract in the market this time.

Sandy Utah Homes have experienced low home sales during January 2011. Its market showed off that 51 homes have been sold out of which affected both monthly and yearly sale levels. Year over year change of sale slightly dropped 5.56 percent from 54 sold homes of January 2010 while monthly change of sale went down 36.3 percent from 80 sold homes of December last year.

Home sales have been for 112 median days on market in Sandy Ut Homes. It got 11.78 months of inventory of which described a buyer’s market in Sandy’s real estate area.

The median sold price slightly went down 2.56 percent to $247,500 from $254,000 of January 2010 in Sandy Ut Real Estate.

Sandy Home Sales went down during Q4 2010: Previewing the numbers in the market!

There was a decrease of home sales in Sandy Utah Real Estate during Q4 2010. A total of 120 homes have been sold out during the last quarter of 2010. Home sale comparisons showed off that it dropped 28.99 percent from 169 sold homes of Q4 2009 and another went down 18.91 percent from 148 sold homes during Q3 2010. It rose 46.34 percent when compared from 82 sold homes of Q4 2008.

The highest price house was sold at $509,000 while the lowest price house was at $109,900.

In terms of median sold price, it went down to $211,750 with 83 median CDOM from $233,000 of Q4 2009. Sandy Utah Homes got an average sold price of $236,270 with 112 average CDOM.

Sandy Utah Real Estate had a good year-end report in terms of of its home sales in the market. Last December 2010, the total number of sold homes was 80 of which drawn certain changes in both monthly and yearly change of sales.
