Home selling and buying in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate revealed new numbers in the first month of 2012. According to MLS, there were 186 single family homes sold in the market. Yearly change of sale went up 30.65 percent from 129 sold homes made during the first month of 2011. On the other hand, monthly change of sale slightly decreased 13.15 percent from 215 sold homes of December 2011.

Home sales got a median sold price of $165000 of which dropped 13.61 percent from $191000. Sold properties have been for 69 median days on market. There’s a balance market in Salt Lake City Utah Homes due to 5.01 months of inventory.

So far, there are 347 under contract properties of which increased by 50 from 297 a month ago.

Currently, there are 931 actively listed homes for sale in Salt Lake City Utah.

Condo Sales down in Salt Lake City during December 2011!

Selling and buying of condominiums in Salt Lake City UT Real Estate had drawn low numbers in the market last month. There were only 34 condos which have been sold out in the market. Year over year change of sales dropped 8.11 from 37 sold condos of December 2010. Likewise, monthly change of sale also decreased 37 percent from 54 condos sold during November 2011.

Condo sales got a median sold price of $159,000 of which increased 5.66 percent from $150,000 of December 2010. It’s still a buyers market in Salt Lake City Utah Homes due to 11.5 months of inventory. Sold condos have been for 133 median days on market.

So far, there are 54 under contract properties as well as 391 active listings of condos for sale in Salt Lake City Utah.

Year over year change of sale increased 8.84 percent from 196 sold homes made during December 2010. Monthly change of sale went up 3.3 percent from 208 sold homes of November last year.

Median sold price reached $159,900 of which dropped 14.49 percent from $187,000 of December 2010. Home sales have been for 69 median days on market. It’s a sellers market in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate due to 4.54 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 985 actively listed homes for sale in Salt Lake City Utah of which 297 are under contract properties.

Condo selling and buying in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate revealed some higher remarks last months. Both yearly and monthly change of sales rose in the market. There were a total of 54 Salt Lake City Condos sold. Year over year change of sale increased 40.74 percent from 32 sold properties during November last year. In terms of monthly change of sale, it drifted up 27.8 percent from 39 sold homes of October 2011.

The median sold price of home sales went up 10.68 percent from $144,250 to $161,500. Homes for sale will stay longer in the market as prices go down due to 7.98 months of inventory that leads to buyers market in Salt Lake City UT Real Estate.

Condo sales in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate revealed high and low numbers last month. There were 39 condos sold in the market. Both yearly and monthly change of sales went down in the market. Yearly change of sale decreased 15.22 percent from 46 sold condos of October 2010. Monthly change of sale also drifted down 2.5 percent from 40 sold homes of September this year.

Home sales had a median sold price of $125,000 of which dropped 25.93 percent from $168,750 of October 2010. It’s still a buyer’s market in Salt Lake City Ut Real Estate due to 11.59 months of inventory. Sold properties have been for 116 median days on market.

There were 241 homes sold in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate for the month of October this year. Year over year change of sale rose 29.88 percent from 169 sold homes during October last year. Monthly change of sale slightly dropped 1.2 percent from 244 sold homes of September 2011.

The median sold price dropped 16.39 percent from $209,000 to $174,750.

It’s a seller’s market in Salt Lake City Utah Homes due to 4.95 months of inventory. Home sales have been for 66 median days on market.

Currently, there are 1,194 actively listed single family homes for sale in Salt Lake City Utah of which 332 properties are under contract in the market.

Selling and buying of condos in Salt Lake City Real Estate showed off some good numbers on its yearly change of sales in the market. Last month’s home sales drawn new home sale curves in Salt Lake City UT Real Estate. There were 40 condos sold. Year over year change of sale went up 22.5 percent from 31 sold condos of September 2010. On the other hand, monthly change of sales slightly dropped 4.8 percent from 42 sold condos of August 2011.

Home sales have been for 92 median days on market. Its median sold price was $138,250 of which decreased 34.17 percent from $210,000 of September last year. It’s a buyer’s market in Salt Lake City Utah Homes since it had 11.35 percent.

The number of under contract properties rose a little bit from 64 to 68 this time.

Currently, there are 454 actively listed condos for sale in Salt Lake City Utah.

 

Single Family Homes in Salt Lake City: Yearly Change Of Sales went up during September 2011!

Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate showed off some high and low numbers on its home sales last September 2011. There were 244 homes sold in the market. Yearly change of sale still up 25.82 percent while monthly change of sale slightly dropped 12.2 percent from 278 sold homes of August this year.

The median sold price reached $166,350 of which dropped 20.41 percent from $209,000 of September last year. Salt Lake City Utah Homes had a balance market since it got 5.09 months of inventory. Home sales have been for 51 median days on market.

So far, there are 360 under contract single family homes in Salt Lake City of which far more lower than last month’s (386) listings of under contract properties. Fewer number of under contract properties may affect the home sales in the future.

Currently, there are 1,241 actively listed homes for sale in Salt Lake City Utah.

Condo Sales in Salt Lake City during August 2011!

The selling and buying of condos in Salt Lake City UT Real Estate have been so tough last month. Statistics in the market went up and down for both monthly and yearly change of sales. There were 42 condos sold in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate in July 2011. Yearly change of sale rose 16.67 percent from 35 sold homes of August 2010. On the other hand, monthly change of sale drifted down 23.6 percent from 55 sold homes of July 2011 to 42 sold homes of August this year.

Its median sold price went down 14.58 percent from $200,000 of August last year to $170,850 of August this year. An 11.74 months of inventory was also noted and it’s still a buyer’s market.

The number of under contract properties went up to 64 from 49 last month. The higher the number of under contract properties the higher sales it will bring in the future.

So far, there are 493 active listings of Salt Lake City Condos for sale in the market.
