Year over year change of sale dropped 9.30 percent from 43 sold homes of December 2010. On the other hand, monthly change of sale went up 4.31 percent from 34 sold properties of November last year.

Monthly change of sale decreased 12.5 percent from 40 sold homes of August 2011. Meanwhile, yearly change of sale rose 11.43 percent from 31 sold homes of September last year.

Home sales have been for 88 median days on market and had a median sold price of $243,000. The median sold price increased 3.29 percent from $235,000 of September last year. There have been a balance market in Riverton UT Homes due to 5.51 months of inventory.

Riverton Utah Real Estate showed off some high and low numbers on its home sales last month. A total of 40 homes have been sold out in the market. Year over year change of sale went up 7.5 percent from 37 sold homes of August 2010. There was no monthly change of sale since July and August 2011 have the same number of sold homes this time.

The median sold price went down 10.27 percent from $258,000 to $231,500. Home sales have been for 73 median days on market. Riverton Real Estate had a balance market since the month of inventory reached 5.25.

The number of under contract properties went down from 69 to 66 this time.

So far, there are 210 active listings of homes for sale in Riverton Utah.

Home Sale Numbers in Riverton during July 2011!

Riverton’s monthly home sale revealed some new numbers in the market. Last month’s home sale set new records on both monthly and yearly change of sale levels. There were 40 properties in Riverton Utah Real Estate sold. Yearly change of sale increased 27.5 percent from 29 sold homes of July 2010. On the other hand, monthly change of sale went down 21.6 percent from 51 sold homes of June 2011.

The median sold price was $202750 of which dropped 18.57 percent from $249,000 of July 2010 to $202,750 of July this year. Home sales have been for 84 median days on market. No doubt that Riverton Utah Homes had a balance market since it gained 5.25 months of inventory.

The number of under contract properties slightly went up to 69 from 66 last month. Currently, there are 210 active listings of homes for sale in Riverton Utah.

Home Sales in Riverton rose 23.53 % during June 2011!

With a total of 51 sold homes, year over year change of sale rose 23.53 percent from 39 sold homes of June last year. In terms of monthly change of sale, it increased 37.3 percent from 32 sold homes of May 2011.

Home sales have been for 44 median days on market. It’s a seller’s market in Riverton Utah Homes due to 4.37 months of inventory. The median sold price was $253000 of which dropped 10.92 percent from $284000 of June 2010.

Year over year change of sale dropped 43.86 percent from 57 sold homes of May last year. Monthly change of sale slightly went down 3 percent from 33 sold homes of April this year.

Sold homes have been for 105 median days on market. Since it got 6.94 months of inventory, Riverton UT Real Estate had achieved its balance market this time.

Home sales had a median sold price of $207,000 of which decreased 15.34 percent from $244,500 of May last year.

According to MLS records, about 33 homes have been sold out of which yearly change of sale went down 37.74 percent from 53 sold homes of April last year. On the other hand, monthly change of sale slightly moving up 3 percent from 32 sold homes of March this year.

Home sales have been for 65 median days on market. It’s been a buyer’s market in Riverton Utah Real Estate since it gained 7.64 months of inventory.

The median sold price was $220,000 of which dropped 6.34 percent from $234,900 of April last year.
