Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate showed off new home sale numbers in the market last month. There were 33 condos sold in Salt Lake City this time. Year over year change of sale went up 9.09 percent from 30 sold condos of January 2011. Monthly change of sale went down 2.9 percent from 34 sold condos of December last year.

It’s a buyers market in Salt Lake City Utah Homes due to 12.58 months of inventory. Median sold price went down 13.48 percent from $159500 to $138000. Home sales have been for 84 median days on market.

Currently, there are 415 actively listed condos for sale in Salt Lake City Utah of which 54 are under contract properties in the market.

Condo Sales down in Salt Lake City during December 2011!

Selling and buying of condominiums in Salt Lake City UT Real Estate had drawn low numbers in the market last month. There were only 34 condos which have been sold out in the market. Year over year change of sales dropped 8.11 from 37 sold condos of December 2010. Likewise, monthly change of sale also decreased 37 percent from 54 condos sold during November 2011.

Condo sales got a median sold price of $159,000 of which increased 5.66 percent from $150,000 of December 2010. It’s still a buyers market in Salt Lake City Utah Homes due to 11.5 months of inventory. Sold condos have been for 133 median days on market.

So far, there are 54 under contract properties as well as 391 active listings of condos for sale in Salt Lake City Utah.

 

 

Condo Sales in Salt Lake City rose 40.74 percent during November 2011!

Condo selling and buying in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate revealed some higher remarks last months. Both yearly and monthly change of sales rose in the market. There were a total of 54 Salt Lake City Condos sold. Year over year change of sale increased 40.74 percent from 32 sold properties during November last year. In terms of monthly change of sale, it drifted up 27.8 percent from 39 sold homes of October 2011.

The median sold price of home sales went up 10.68 percent from $144,250 to $161,500. Homes for sale will stay longer in the market as prices go down due to 7.98 months of inventory that leads to buyers market in Salt Lake City UT Real Estate.

So far, there are 431 actively listed Salt Lake City Utah Condominiums for sale of which 53 are under contract in the market.

The selling and buying of condos in Salt Lake City UT Real Estate have been so tough last month. Statistics in the market went up and down for both monthly and yearly change of sales. There were 42 condos sold in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate in July 2011. Yearly change of sale rose 16.67 percent from 35 sold homes of August 2010. On the other hand, monthly change of sale drifted down 23.6 percent from 55 sold homes of July 2011 to 42 sold homes of August this year.

Its median sold price went down 14.58 percent from $200,000 of August last year to $170,850 of August this year. An 11.74 months of inventory was also noted and it’s still a buyer’s market.

The number of under contract properties went up to 64 from 49 last month. The higher the number of under contract properties the higher sales it will bring in the future.

So far, there are 493 active listings of Salt Lake City Condos for sale in the market.

Condo Sale Numbers increased in Salt Lake City during July 2011!

Condo selling and buying got even better in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate last month. Last July 2011, nearly 55 condos have been sold out in the market. Both yearly and monthly change of sale levels went up this time. Year over year change of sale increased 52.73 percent from 26 sold condos of July 2010. There was an increase of 30.9 percent on its monthly change of sale of which climbed up from 38 sold condos of June 2011 to 55 sold condos of July this year.

The median sold price was $168000 of which dropped 2.61 percent from $172500 of July 2010 to $168000 of July this year. It’s a buyers market in Salt Lake City Utah Homes since it got 8.85 months of inventory.

According to MLS record, there are 487 active listings of Salt Lake City Condos for sale as of the moment. There have been 47 properties went under contract in the market this time.

Condo selling and buying in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate seemed to decrease in the market last month. According to its MLS data, a total of 38 condos have been sold out. Year over year change of sale went down 33.33 percent from 57 sold homes of June last year. Condos sales also dropped 9.5 percent from 42 sold condos of May 2011.

The median sold price was $121,750 of which dropped 27.07 percent from $166,944 of June last year. Sales in Salt Lake City Condos have been for 126 median days on market. It’s still a buyer’s market since it got 13.08 months of inventory.

So far, there are 497 active listings of condos for sale in Salt Lake City UT of which 63 are under contract properties.

Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate sold out 112 condos during its first quarter of 2011 in the market. These home sales brought new numbers in the real estate market of which slightly dropped 4.27 percent from 117 sold condos of Q1 2010. There have been a decrease of 12.5 percent compared from 128 sold condos of Q4 2010.

The median sold price was $157,000 with 141 median cumulative days on market. Home sales also drawn an average sold price of $170,309 with 197 average cumulative days on market in Salt Lake City UT Real Estate.

The highest sold price of property was at $515,000 while lowest price property was sold at $37,600.

Home buying and selling in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate had drawn new numbers in the market last month. In terms of condos sales, yearly change of sale slightly went down while its monthly change of sale level went up.

With 46 condos that have been sold out, a year over year change of sale decrease of 4.17 percent from 48 sold condos of March 2011 was noted. Monthly change of sale rose 32.6 percent from 31 sold condos of February 2011.

Home sales have been for 171 median days on market. It’s still a buyer’s market in Salt Lake City Ut Homes since it had 10.7 months of inventory.

Salt Lake City Utah Condominiums had 492 actively listed properties for sale of which 54 went under contract condos in the real estate market.

How’s condo sales in Salt Lake City? Well, some numbers went up and some dropped this time. Let’s figure it out in Salt Lake City Utah Homes below.

There have been a total of 31 sold condos last month. This sales brought new home sale curves in the market of which yearly change of sale went down while monthly change of sale rose amidst the tougher home selling and buying in the market.

Yearly change of sale dropped 20.51 percent from 39 sold condos of February 2010. In terms of monthly change of sale, it slightly went up 3.2 percent from 30 sold condos of January 2010.

It’s been a buyer’s market in Salt Lake City UT Real Estate since it got 15.55 months of inventory. Home sales have been for 136 median days on market. The median sold price decreased 5.4 percent this time. From $164,900 of February 2010 to $156,000 of February this year.

According to MLS record, nearly 482 properties have been actively listed in Salt Lake City Condos of which 69 went under contract in the market.
