Midvale Utah real estate had sold a total of 18 properties during the month if December of the previous year of which sales in the monthly level dropped 25 percent from 41 sold houses in November 2011.  On the other hand, sales in the yearly level went up from 17 homes sold in December 2010.

Median sold price was $148,000 and $172,538.50 for the original sold price.

Average sold houses have three bedrooms and two bathrooms with 172 median days on market.

As of this day, 163 homes for sale in Midvale Utah are listed in the market and 36 went under contract.

Magna UT Home Sales Up During December 2011

During December 2011, Magna Utah real estate had sold a total of 38 properties which was 34.21 percent higher compared to 25 sold properties in November 2011. Real estate sales also increased 47.37 percent from 20 houses sold in December of year 2010.

According to the MLS report, original sold price went down from $147,400 to $117,950 and the median sold price dropped to $107,000 from $132,450.

The average homes for sale in Magna Utah have three bedrooms and two baths, with 89 median days on market.

Right now, 138 Magna Utah homes are actively listed and 42 have gone under contract.

 

Kearns Utah Home Sales Increased in December 2011

Kearns Utah real estate had sold a total number of 8 properties for the month of December 2011 of which sales went up 37.50 percent compared to 5 houses sold in November 2011, however, sales in the yearly levels plummeted for almost 50 percent from 16 units released in December of 2010.

Original sold price went dropped from $135,000 to $104,500 and the median sold price declined from $122,750 to $80,750.

At present, there are 57 homes for sale in Kearns Utah are in the list and 28 went under contract.

There were 26 properties sold in Holladay Utah real estate for the month of December 2011 which was higher for about 29.23 percent compared to 21 sold properties in November 2011. Home sales in the yearly levels also drifted up 46.15 percent with 14 houses released in December 2010.

Original sold price went up from $289,950 to $299,950. Median sold price on the other hand declined from $271,150 to $258,250. Median price per square foot for December 2011 amounted $96.78.

Right now, 148 homes for sale in Holladay Utah are listed in the real estate market and 32 of which went under contract.

Herriman Utah real estate have sold a total of 43 properties for the month of December 2011 of which home sales in the yearly levels drifted up 20.93 percent from 34 houses released during December 2010. Home sales in the monthly levels also climbed up 30.23 percent compared to 30 properties in November 2011.

Original sold price rose from $244,950 to $267,000 and the median sold price went up from $238,500 to $252,572.

Average houses sold have four bedrooms and three bathroom features with 59 median days on market.

At this moment, there are 181 homes for sale in Herriman Utah are listed in the market and 71 have gone under contract.

Draper Utah Home Sales Up in December 2011

Draper Utah real estate shows good numbers for the month of December 2011 that had sold 43 properties from 39 sold homes in December 2010 of which home sales went up 23.26 percent in the yearly levels and it also climbed up 9.30 percent in the monthly levels compared to 33 houses in November 2011.

Median sold price went down from $320,000 to $290,000 while original sold price increased to $329,900 from $305,600.

Right now, there are 269 homes for sale in Draper Utah are actively listed and 77 have gone under contract.
