West Jordan Utah Real Estate showed off some new numbers in the market last month. There were 73 homes sold in West Jordan Utah this time. Year over year change of sale went up 10.96 percent from 65 sold homes made during January last year. In terms of monthly change of sale, it drifted down 28.4 percent from 102 sold homes of December 2011.
The median sold price decreased 10.01 percent from $179,900 to $161,900. Home sales have been for 98 median days on market. There’s a balance market in West Jordan Utah Homes due to 5.89 months of inventory.
