The number of sold properties in South Jordan Utah Real Estate improved last month. This improvement can be attributed from its 57 sold homes in the market. Both yearly and monthly change of sale increased this time.
Surprisingly, year over year change of sale went up 31.58 percent from 39 sold homes of January 2011. Monthly change of sale slightly increased 3.5 percent from 55 sold homes of December last year.
The median sold price went up 11.54 percent from $273,000 to $254,285. Home sales have been for 109 median days on market. South Jordan Utah Homes had a balance market due to 6.19 months of inventory.
So far, there are 353 actively listed homes for sale in South Jordan UT of which 107 are under contract in the market.
