Murray Utah Real Estate revealed new home sale curves in the market last month. This can be attributed from its 23 sold homes according to MLS record. Year over year change of sale slightly rose 4.35 percent from 22 sold homes of January last year. Monthly change of sale went down 11.5 percent 26 sold homes of December 2011.
Its median sold price went down 16.64 percent from $191,950 to $160,000. Sold properties have been for 70 median days on market. It’s still a buyers market in Murray Utah Homes due to 7.57 months of inventory.
So far, there are 174 active listings of homes for sale in Murray Utah of which 39 are under contract properties in the market.
