Around 36 properties were sold in Draper UT real estate during the month of January 2012 which was higher for almost 41.67 percent compared to 21 houses sold during January 2011. On the other hand, sales in the monthly levels dropped off 16.28 percent from 43 properties sold in December of the previous year.
Original sold price went down from $329,900 to $289,900 and median sold price decreased to $270,000 from $310,000.
Average houses released have four bedrooms and three bathrooms with 95 median days on market.
Right now, there are 272 homes for sale in Draper Utah listed in the market and 95 have gone under contract.
