Cottonwood Heights Utah real estate have sold a total of 17 properties in the beginning of the year which was 11.76 percent higher compared with 15 homes sold during December of 2011. Home sales in the yearly levels also went up 5.88 percent from 16 properties released in January 2011.
Original sold price went down from $272,500 to $238,000 and median sold price also declined from $259,542.50 down to $223,500. Average properties sold have four bedrooms and three bathroom features with 96 median days on market.
At present, there are 111 homes for sale in Cottonwood Heights Utah are listed in the market and 39 of which went under contract.
