Midvale Utah real estate had sold an approximately 15 for the month of January of which sales in monthly level declined for almost 16.67 percent with 18 properties sold in December 2011 while it rose 6.67 percent in the yearly change of sales from 14 houses released in January 2011.

In the month of January 2012, Magna Utah real estate has sold around 27 properties which was 28.95 percent lower compared to 38 units released in December 2011. On the other hand, it climbed up 44.44 percent in the yearly change of sales which only sold 15 houses in January 2011.

The original sold price for January was $125,000 and $114,600 for the median price. Average houses released have three bedrooms and two bathrooms with 32 median days on market.

Kearns Utah real estate sold a total of 13 houses the previous month which was 38.46 percent higher compared to 8 houses released in December 2011 and was also 46.15 percent higher from 7 homes sold in January of last year.
 Median sold price went down from $105,000 to $103,000. Original sold price was $125,000 of which it remained the same.

Holladay Utah real estate had sold a total of 14 properties during January of this year which was lower for 46.15 percent from 26 sold houses in December of 2011. It also plummeted 6.67 percent compared to 15 homes sold in January 2011.

Original sold price went down from $300,000 during January of the previous year to $214,900. Median sold price declined from $273,000 to $196,000.

At present, there are 141 active homes for sale in Holladay Utah in the market and 42 went under contract.

Herriman Utah Home Sales Dropped in January

A total of 35 properties were sold in Herriman Utah real estate of which sales in the monthly levels drifted down 18.6 percent with 43 houses released in December 2011. However, sales in the yearly levels rose 40 percent compared to 21 homes sold in January of 2011.

Original sold price declined from $292,900 to $233,982 and median sold price also went down to $205,900 from $260,000.

Average homes released have four bedrooms and three bathrooms with 85 median days on market.

Around 36 properties were sold in Draper UT real estate during the month of January 2012 which was higher for almost 41.67 percent compared to 21 houses sold during January 2011. On the other hand, sales in the monthly levels dropped off 16.28 percent from 43 properties sold in December of the previous year.

Original sold price went down from $329,900 to $289,900 and median sold price decreased to $270,000 from $310,000.
