Home selling and buying in West Valley City Utah Real Estate showed off some new curves in the market last month. There were 79 homes sold in West Valley City UT Real Estate. Year over year change of sale went up 22.78 percent from 61 homes sold during December 2010. Monthly change of sale dropped 3.7 percent from 82 sold homes of November 2011.

The median sold price reached $123,000 of which decreased 22.15 percent from $158,000. Sold properties have been for 68 median days on market. West Valley City Utah Homes had a balance market due to 5.51 months of inventory.

So far, there are 435 actively listed homes for sale in West Valley City Utah of which 120 are under contract properties in the market.

West Jordan Home Sales increased in December 2011!

West Jordan Utah Real Estate revealed high numbers in the market last month. Home sales went up during December last year. With a total of 102 sold homes, both yearly and monthly change of sales increased in the market. Year over year change of sale drifted up 21.57 percent from 80 sold homes of December 2010. In terms of monthly change of sale, it rose 21.6 percent from 80 sold properties from November last year.

Median sold price dropped 17.10 percent from $196250 to $162700. Home sales have been for 79 median days on market. It’s a sellers market in West Jordan Utah Homes due to 4.27 percent months of inventory.

Currently, there are 436 actively listed homes for sale in West Jordan Utah of which 153 are under contract properties in the market.

Year over year change of sale went down 25 percent from 36 sold homes of December 2010. Monthly change of sale went up 29.6 percent from 19 sold properties of November 2011.

The median sold price reached $109,000 of which went down 35.88 percent from $170,000 of December 2010. Sold properties have been for 87 median days on market. Taylorsville Utah Homes had a balance market due to 5.67 months of inventory.

Midvale UT Home Sales Down in December 2011

Midvale Utah real estate had sold a total of 18 properties during the month if December of the previous year of which sales in the monthly level dropped 25 percent from 41 sold houses in November 2011.  On the other hand, sales in the yearly level went up from 17 homes sold in December 2010.

Median sold price was $148,000 and $172,538.50 for the original sold price.

Average sold houses have three bedrooms and two bathrooms with 172 median days on market.

As of this day, 163 homes for sale in Midvale Utah are listed in the market and 36 went under contract.

Year over year change of sale went up 7.27 percent from 51 sold homes of December 2010. Monthly change of sale dropped 17.9 percent from 67 sold properties of November 2011.

The median sold price of home sales reached $260,000 of which increased 4.81 percent from $230,000 of December 2010. South Jordan Utah Real Estate have a balance market due to 6.38 months of inventory. Home sales have been for 93 median days on market.

Currently, there are 351 actively listed homes for sale in South Jordan Utah of which 98 are under contract properties in the market.

According to MLS, there were 81 homes sold. Year over year change of sale slight increased 1.23 percent from 80 sold properties of December 2010. Monthly change of sale decreased 2.4 percent from 83  sold homes of November 2011.

Home sales have been for 81 median days on market with a median sold price of $212,000. Median sold price decreased 10.63 percent from $237,210 of December 2010. There’s a balance market in Sandy Utah Homes due to 5.16 months of inventory.
