Christmas is arriving and everyone is busy planning on decorating their own homes.

When you are planning to sell your home this season, try to put neutral decors. They are simple and not overwhelming. Always remember, less is more.

Your home needs to be staged before decorating.

Have a bowl of evergreen wreath or pine-cones for a more festive feeling.

If you chose earthy tones for your walls, try to combine it rich tones such as cranberries or gold and avoid mixing it with red colored wreath the colors might clash and may be distracting.

If you have a large Christmas tree, just make sure that you have wide floor space so your home would not look overcrowded. Putting the best accessories for your home, can help you draw potential buyer’s attention.
