As much as we can, we want our home to stay organized and clean, but sometimes we have too many stuff left in the wrong places and yet we do not have enough time to manage clutter especially if we have kids at home.

Our home becomes a junkyard and we have to figure out what works best to keep our home organized. Here’s how:

First, have a place for everything. Inform every household member to return things to its proper places after use. Everybody should help and follow every organizing system you make.

After using, clean up and wash the dishes and utensils right away.

Tell everyone to put their dirty clothes in a basket and not to scatter them everywhere.

Home sales in West Jordan Utah Real Estate revealed high and low numbers in the market last month. There were 103 homes sold in the market. Year over year change of sale went up 33.01 percent from 69 sold homes of October last year. On the other hand, monthly change of sale decreased 11.2 percent from 116 sold homes of September this year.

The median sold price was $170000 of which dropped 12.53 percent from $194350 of October last year. Probably, prices of Utah houses will go up in the market due to 4.95 months of inventory. Home sales have been for 76 median days on market.

Currently, there are 510 actively listed homes for sale in West Jordan Utah of which 146 are under contract properties in the market.

Home sales in West Valley City Utah Real Estate improved in the market last month. This can be attributed from its 99 sold homes of which both monthly and yearly change of sales increased in the market this time. In terms of year over year change of sale, it drifted up 43.43 percent from 56 sold homes during October last year. Monthly change of sale also went up 27.3 percent from 72 homes sold during September 2011.

It’s a sellers market in West Valley City Utah Homes due to 4.48 months of inventory. Sold properties have been for 56 median days on market. West Valley City Utah Real Estate had a median sold price of $135,000 of which decreased 9.12 percent from $148,550 of October last year.

So far, there are 444 actively listed homes for sale in West Valley City Utah of which 137 are under contract properties.

Year over year change of sale went up 13.64 percent from 19 sold homes of October 2010. On the other hand, monthly change of sale dropped 29 percent from 31 sold homes of September 2011.

This time, the median sold price reached $144600 of which decreased 13.14 percent from $166,475 of October last year. Sold homes have been for 79 median days on market. It’s still a buyers market due to 8.36 months of inventory.

According to MLS, there were 72 homes sold in South Jordan during October this year. In terms of year over year change of sale, it went up 40.28 percent from 43 sold homes made during October last year. Monthly change of sale also drifted up 29.2 percent from 51 sold homes of September 2011.

Median sold price reached $239057.5 of which dropped 5.28 percent from $245000 of October last year. Home sales have been for 86 median days on market. South Jordan Utah Homes had balance market due to 5.28 months of inventory.

So far, there are 380 actively listed homes for sale in South Jordan Utah of which 125 are under contract properties in the market.

Year over year change of sale rose 35.71 percent from 54 sold properties of October 2010. Its monthly change of sale slightly increased 6 percent from 79 sold homes of September this year.

Home sales had a median sold price of $241,250. This median sold price went up 6.11 percent from $226,500 of October last year. There have been a balance market in Sandy Utah Homes due to 6.20 months of inventory. Sold houses have been for 86 median days on market.

The median sold price reached $218,500 of which dropped 11 percent from $245,500. Home sales have been for 72 median days on market. Riverton Utah Homes had a balance market due to 5.25 months of inventory.

So far, there are 189 actively listed homes for sale in Riverton Utah of which 59 properties are under contract in the market.

Murray Utah Real Estate have certain improvements on its home sales last month. According to MLS record, there were 36 homes sold in the market. Both yearly and monthly change of sale increased again. In terms of year over year change of sale, it went up 19.44 percent from 29 sold homes of October last year. Monthly change of sale also increased 2.8 percent from 35 sold homes of September 2011.

There have been a balance market since it gained 5.64 months of inventory in Murray Utah Homes. Home sales have been for 75 median days on market and a median sold price of $169,950 of which dropped 5.32 percent from $179,500 of October last year.

So far, under contract properties went down in numbers from 55 homes to 44 this time. There will be a possibility that fewer number of under contract homes may lead also to low home sale numbers in the future.

Currently, there are 203 actively listed homes for sale in Murray Utah Real Estate market.
