Dressing up your house for the Halloween can be much fun and exciting most especially for kids.

For most people, this time is just about as special as decorating for Christmas. Some would prepare to decorate their home every year but remember that Halloween does not have to be scary, it has to be fun.

When you decorate your home, you want it to magical and spooky. Choosing new colors and the decors that  include witches, and scarecrows. If you want to go scary add pumpkins, skeletons, black cat made of plastic and ghosts.

Scatter plastic spiders in any areas of your house including bathroom, tables and everywhere to surprise your guests. Dress up the chairs and tables for a more festive mood.

Eco-friendly decorations are also kid-friendly and are great to use for your home. If you have limited space you can have an environment friendly decors or accessories like the twigs of a tree and hang some ornaments on it that are made of wood.

Make a fake gravestone made of cardboard paint with color grey and write RIP on it. You can also cut out bat shapes using cardboard. Cut out Halloween photos and post it on the walls.

Turn the lights low or you may use candles to make your home look scarier if want to. Use candles with natural aromas like vanilla. Display carved pumpkins with candles inside your front entrance to welcome your guests and visitors.

Year over year change of sale went up 30.56 percent from 50 sold homes of September last year. Its monthly change of sale dropped 25.8 percent from 97 sold houses during August 2011.

Home sales had a median sold price of $137,451.5 of which dropped 14.09 percent from $160,000. Sold properties have been for 68 median days on market. There’s a balance market in West Valley City UT Real Estate  due to 6.64 months of inventory.

The median sold price reached $265,000 of which went down 9.93 percent from $279,762 of September last year. Home sales have been for 47 median days on market. It’s still a buyer’s market in South Jordan Utah Real Estate due to 7.98 months of inventory. This time prices of houses go down for these properties stay longer in the market.

Year over year change of sale slightly went up 12.66 percent from 69 sold properties of September last year.

It’s a buyer’s market in Sandy Utah Homes due to 7.29 months of inventory. Home sales had a median sold price of $213850 of which went down 10.9 percent from $240,000 of September 2010. Sold properties have been for 94 median sold price.

Recently, 576 Sandy Utah Homes are actively listed in the market. The number of under contract properties went up from 39 to 47 this time.
