West Valley City Utah Homes sales have shown new curves in the market last month. A total of 97 homes have been sold out in West Valley City UT Real Estate. Year over year change of sale increased 55.67 percent from 43 sold homes of August last year. On the other hand, monthly change of sale slightly dropped 4 percent from 101 sold homes of July 2011.
The median sold price was $132,000 of which went down 8.97 percent from $145,000 of August 2010. Sold properties have been for 57 median days on market. West Valley City Ut Homes had a balance market due to 5.01 months of inventory.
As of now, there are 158 under contract properties of which increased from last month’s 147 under contract homes.
Currently, 489 actively listed West Valley City Utah Homes are for sale in the market.
