Year over year change of sale increased 55.67 percent from 43 sold homes of August last year. On the other hand, monthly change of sale slightly dropped 4 percent from 101 sold homes of July 2011.

Year over year change of sale went up 7.5 percent from 37 sold homes of August 2010. There was no monthly change of sale since July and August 2011 have the same number of sold homes this time.
The median sold price went down 10.27 percent from $258,000 to $231,500. Home sales have been for 73 median days on market. Riverton Real Estate had a balance market since the month of inventory reached 5.25.
The number of under contract properties went down from 69 to 66 this time.

The number of under contract properties went up to 64 from 49 last month. The higher the number of under contract properties the higher sales it will bring in the future.
