Last month’s home sales showed off some good curves in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate of which there were about 256 single family homes sold in the market. These numbers brought 37.5 percent increase on the year over year change of sale from 160 sold homes of July 2010.
On the other hand, monthly change of sale went down 10.5 percent from 286 sold homes of June 2011. Original list price went down from $224,950 of June 2011 to $210,000 of July 2011. The median sold price still dropped 15.30 percent from $230,000 of July last year to $194,800 of July this year. There’s a balance market in Salt Lake City Utah Homes since it got 5.21 months of inventory.
According to MLS data, there were around 1,333 actively listed homes for sale in Salt Lake City Utah of which 335 went under contract in the market.
