Home sales in West Valley City Utah Real Estate got even better last month. According to MLS report, there were 101 home sold in West Valley City. Both monthly and yearly change of sale levels went up in the market. In terms of year over year change of sale, it increased 57.43 percent from 43 sold homes of July last year. Monthly change of sale also rose 12.9 percent from 88 sold homes of July 2011.
The median sold price was $132,000 of which went down 12 percent from $150,000 of July 2010. Home sales have been for 92 median days on market. West Valley City Real Estate had a balance market due to 5 months of inventory.
