Real estate market seem to be good in Salt Lake City Utah Homes as sales increased last month. Home selling and buying have been so easy since the total number of sold homes went up to 286 from 231 sold homes of June 2010. It marked 19.23 percent increase in terms of its year over year change of sale in the market. Likewise, monthly change of sale rose 3.8 percent from 275 single family homes sold during May 2011.
This time, it’s a seller’s market since it gained 4.81 months of inventory. Home sales have been for 51 median days on market while the median sold price reached $197,750 of which dropped 15.31 percent from $233,000 of June last year.
As of now, there have been a total of 1,375 active listings of homes for sale in Salt Lake City Utah of which 401 properties went under contract in the market.
