It sold out 88 homes of which yearly change of sale decreased 7.37 percent from 95 sold homes of June last year. Its monthly change of sale slightly drifted down 2.2 percent from 90 sold properties made during May this year.
Duration of home sales have been for 74 median days on market while it’s a balance market for West Valley City Utah Homes due to its 5.90 months of inventory. The median sold price of sales was $140,000 of which went down 9.68 percent from $155,000 of June last year.
