Magna Utah Real Estate have sold only a total of 16 houses last month which home sales went down from 18 properties released in April and declined 52.94 percent from 34 in the yearly levels.

On the other hand, original sold price went up from $129,938 to $140,250 and median sold price climbed to $127,450 from $121,450.

The median price per square foot is $58.98 and the average Magna Utah properties for sale have three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Currently, there are 213 actively listed homes for sale in Magna Utah, 38 of which are under contract.

 

West Valley City Home Sales: Numbers during May 2011!

Home selling and buying in West Valley City Utah Real Estate showed off some new numbers in the market last month. It had sold out 90 homes in the market of which drawn new home sale curves in West Valley City. Year over year change of sale dropped 17.43 percent from 109 sold homes of May last year. Its monthly change of sale slightly decreased 4.3 percent from 94 sold homes of April this year.

West Valley City Ut Homes had a median sold price of $136,500 of which went down 14.15 percent from $159,000 of May last year. Home sales have been for 109 median days on market. There have been a balance market in West Valley City since it got 6.08 months of inventory.

As of now, there are 547 actively listed homes for sale in West Valley City Utah of which 140 are under contract properties.

New market curves have been drawn by home sales in West Jordan Utah Real Estate of which sold 117 properties last month. Although yearly change of sale was down, its monthly change of sale went up this time. Viewing some percentage in the market, year over year change of sale dropped 13.97 percent from 136 sold homes of May last year. Monthly change of sale slightly rose 6.8 percent from 109 sold homes of April 2011.

Home sales have been for 83 median days on market. West Jordan Utah Homes had a balance market since it gained 5.46 months of inventory. In terms of median sold price, it decreased 11.56 percent from $196,750 of May 2010 to $174,000.

As of now, there are 639 actively listed homes for sale in West Jordan Utah of which 172 are under contract in the market.

Taylorsville Home Sales went up 27.66% during May 2011!

The numbers of sold homes in Taylorsville Utah Real Estate revealed some good curves in the market last month. These can be attributed from its 47 sold homes of which marked some high yearly and monthly change of sales in the market. Notably, yearly change of sales rose 27.66 percent from 34 sold homes of May last year. Another good number was on its monthly change of sale of which increased 38.3 percent from 29 sold houses of April this year in Taylorsville UT Real Estate.

The median sold price was $148,000 of which dropped 7.21 percent from $159,500 of May last year. Taylorsville Utah Homes sales have been for 73 median days on market. At this point of time, a balance market was noted since it had a 5.17 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 243 actively listed homes for sale in Taylorsville Utah of which 56 are under contract properties in the market.

 

Midvale UT Home Sales Went Down 7.69% in May

Midvale Utah Real Estate sold around 24 houses for the month of May this year which home sales plummeted 7.69 percent from 26 homes sold during April, it also went down 17.24 percent in the yearly change of sales that had released 29 units last year of the same month.

Original sold price in Midvale UT Homes went up from 167,440 last month to $205,759.50. Also, median sold price climbed to $196,000 from $154,750 with $86.08 median price per square feet.

 

There are 203 actively listed Midvale Utah properties for sale in the market today, 31 went under contract.

 

 

South Jordan’s Home Sales: Numbers during May 2011!

South Jordan Utah Real Estate showed off some new curves in the market last month. Home sales seemed to be up and down in terms of monthly and yearly change of sales. With a total of 64 sold homes, yearly change of sale dropped 17.95 percent from 78 sold homes of May 2010. Talking about its monthly change of sale, it went up 12.5 percent from 56 sold homes of April this year.

The new median sold price was $255,000 of which decreased 2.47 percent from $263,500 of May last year. Sold homes have been for 95 median days on market. There have been a balance market in South Jordan Utah Homes since the months of inventory reached 6.48.

Currently, there are 415 actively listed homes for sale in South Jordan UT of which 135 properties are under contract in the market.

Home sales seem to get better in Sandy Utah Real Estate last month. A total of 100 homes have been sold out in the market of which marked some new curves in Sandy Utah Homes this time. Year over year change of sale slightly went up 7 percent from 93 sold homes of May last year. Its monthly change of sale increased 14 percent from 86 sold properties of April 2011.

Sandy Utah Homes got a median sold price of $218,173 of which dropped 5.14 percent from $230,000 of May last year. Home sales have been for 60 median days on market. It’s still a buyer’s market in Sandy since it got 14 months of inventory.

As of the moment, there are 690 actively listed homes for sale in Sandy UT of which 168 properties are under contract in the market.

Riverton’s Home Sales still down during June 2011!

The number of sold homes in Riverton Utah Real Estate showed off some low curves in the market last month. There have been a total of 32 sold homes in Riverton according to MLS data. Year over year change of sale dropped 43.86 percent from 57 sold homes of May last year. Monthly change of sale slightly went down 3 percent from 33 sold homes of April this year.

Sold homes have been for 105 median days on market. Since it got 6.94 months of inventory, Riverton UT Real Estate had achieved its balance market this time.

Home sales had a median sold price of $207,000 of which decreased 15.34 percent from $244,500 of May last year.

Currently, there are 222 actively listed homes for sale in Riverton Utah of which 88 homes are under contract in the market.

Home selling and buying have been so tough each month in Murray Utah Real Estate. Home sales showed off some decrease in the market last month. According to MLS record, 30 homes have been sold out of which drawn new home sale curves in the market. Year over year change of sale went down 38.78 percent from 49 sold homes of May 2010. In terms of monthly change of sale, it slightly decreased 6.3 percent from 32 sold homes of April 2011.

Home sales have been for 51 median days on market. It’s still a buyer’s market in Murray Utah Homes since it got 8.3 months of inventory.

The median sold price was $154,000 of which went up 2.66 percent from $149,900 of May last year.

So far, there are 249 homes for sale in Murray Utah of which 44 homes are under contract in the market.

May 2011 Home Sales Drifted Down in Kearns UT

Kearns Utah Homes have sold properties around 8 properties during May of this year which went down 27.27 percent in the monthly change of sales from 11 sold homes in April 2011 and declined 61.90 percent in the year over year change with 21 sold houses in the market in May 2010.

Median sold price also declined to $123,800 from $153,000 of May 2011 with 47 median days on market. Original sold price is $134,950.
