It’s a good home sale time for South Jordan Utah Real Estate due to high sales last month. According to MLS record, 59 homes have been sold out in the market. These showed off some new home sale comparisons of which both yearly and monthly change of sales increased in South Jordan UT Homes. Year over year change of sale rose 6.78 percent from 55 sold homes of March 2010. Its monthly change of sale also went up 28.8 percent from 42 homes sold during February 2011.
Talking about its median sold price, it went down 16.15 percent to $263177 from $284500 of March last year. With an original list price of $289,900, home sales have been for 116 median days on market.
