2011 Q1 Home Sales Report for Bluffdale Utah

There generally aren’t much homes sold in Bluffdale Utah. In fact, the highest sales for the last 5 years were in the 2nd quarter of 2009 with 25 homes sold. Yet, as I look back reviewing the 2010 and 2011 year-to-date first quarter, I think Bluffdale Utah Homes market is better this year. There have been 31.6% improvements.

 

Selling a home indeed requires extensive planning, but one of the very major and sad reason is that recession itself pushes the majority of homeowners to sell their homes.

 

Median price of sold Bluffdale UT Homes is slightly flat from the last two years for the same period. Median price has actually climbed only 1.2 percent from last year ($350000 versus $354500 this year). In addition, the highest sale in Bluffdale Utah in the 1st quarter of 2011 was $710000 and in 2010 the highest price for the same time period was only $380000. Bluffdale Utah sold homes may have a price higher than Q1 last year and yet, it’s still almost $500K lower than the highest price in 2008.

 

But looking at the numbers more closely, the average time on market was much less in 2011; 154 days as compared to 172 days in 2010. And the most units that were sold are in the $400,000 -$ 449,999 category.  Therefore, 2011′s Q1 Bluffdale UT real estate market wasn’t bad though – While average home prices may not as high as prices in other cities of Utah yet, sales has continued to grow from the 3rd quarter of 2009 with a lesser Average CDOM. West Valley City Home Sales rose against all odds! Q1 2011 Statistics!

There have been good home sale numbers in West Valley City Utah Real Estate during the first quarter of 2011. Gaining 193 sold homes in the market, it rose 16.27 percent from 166 sold homes of Q1 2010. Also, it went up 3.76 percent from 186 sold properties of Q4 last year.

Based from MLS record, the median sold price was $130,000 of which marked the lowest since 2006. It gained a median CDOM of 109. Likewise, it had an average sold price of $136,662 with 155 average cumulative days on market.

The highest selling price of sold property was at $310,000 while the lowest price house was sold at $20,000 in West Valley City UT Real Estate.

Midvale UT Homes Prices are Still Unpredictable (March 2011)

Midvale UT real estate market wasn’t good in March this year compared to last year with 33.33 percent decline in sales. However, sales from last month have plunged to 22.22%. 


It’s still a buyer’s market in Midvale area with 13.21 months of inventory which have caused Midvale Utah homes prices to become so unpredictable. Prices were actually turning up and down from $162798 (January) to $148750 (February), it went up again to $181950 (March).


Annual change in price have also climbed a little with 1.90%. Most of the properties that were sold in March were modest Midvale UT Homes with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. There are 185 Homes for Sale in Midvale UT today, and 27 pending sales.


 

Taylorsville Home Sale Statistics during First Quarter of 2011!

Home sales revealed some slight downturns in Taylorsville Utah Real Estate during the first quarter of 2011. With 75 total sold homes, it dropped 2.5 percent from 77 sold homes of Q1 2010. Likewise, it went down 10.71 percent from 84 sold homes of the last quarter of 2010.

Taylorsville Utah Homes had a median sold price of $139,900 with 117 median CDOM. Home sales also brought an average sold price of $142,799 with an average CDOM of 142.

Based on market records of Taylorsville UT Homes, the highest price of sold home reached $420,000 while the lowest price property was sold at $14,000.

Home Sales up for West Jordan during the First Quarter of 2011!

West Jordan Utah Real Estate seemed to have good home sales during the first quarter of 2011. Numbers can be attributed from its 259 total sold homes in the market. It increased 12.61 percent from 230 sold homes of Q1 2010. West Jordan Homes also outnumbered sales of Q4 2010 of which rose 5.71 percent from 245 sold homes to 259 sold properties this time.

Home sales drawn new numbers on its median sold price of about $175,000 with 115 median CDOM. Meanwhile, it gained an average sold price of $180,447 with 140 average CDOM respectively.

The highest selling price of sold home was at $365,000 while the lowest price was at $33,000.

As spring season is about to come, West Jordan UT Real Estate will be expecting more home buyers in the market.

Viewing South Jordan’s Home Sale Numbers during Q1 of 2011!

South Jordan Utah Homes did not show any  increasing points on its home sales during the first quarter of 2011. Some home sale comparisons went down in the market this time. Based from year over year sales, it slightly drifted down 3.8 percent from 155 sold homes to 149 sold homes of Q1 2011. It also decreased 9.14 percent from 164 sold homes of Q4 2010.

South Jordan Utah Real Estate sold the highest price property at $625,000 and the lowest price house at $130,000.

Home sales had a median sold price of $255,000 with 134 median CDOM. The average sold price was $278,187 with an average CDOM of 176.

It’s really a good news for Sandy Utah Homes as its home sales during the first quarter of the year increased in the market. A total of 202 homes have been sold out which drawn new home sale comparisons in the entire Sandy Utah Real Estate. There was a 98.03 percent increase from 102 sold homes of Q1 2010. Home sales during the fourth quarter of 2010 have been outnumbered and an increase of 68.33% from 120 sold homes to 202 this time was noted in the market.

The median sold price reached $236,000 with 130 median CDOM. Its home sales also brought an average sold price of $272,330 with 166 average CDOM. The highest selling price of sold home was at $1,320,000 while the lowest price house was sold at $43,000.

Sandy Utah Homes will be expecting more home buyers to flood in the market as spring season of buying and selling of homes is fast approaching.

How’s home sale in Riverton Utah Real Estate during the first quarter of the year? Well, some its numbers went down and the market is still surviving amidst the tougher home selling and buying in town.

Let’s figure out these Utah homes sale statistics below:

  • A total of 83 homes have been sold out during the first three months of 2011.
  • Some home sale comparisons revealed that a decrease of 12.63 percent from 95 sold homes of Q1 of 2010 was noted. Also, it dropped 20.95 percent from 105 sold homes of Q4 of 2010.
  • The median sold price was $205,000 with 91 median CDOM.
  • It gained an average sold price of $205,000 with 129 average CDOM.
  • Riverton Utah Homes sold $481,000 as the highest price property in the market while the lowest price house was at $116,500.

Murray Home Sales rose during Q1 2010!

Murray Utah Real Estate really reaped the fruits of its labor in the real estate market during the first quarter of 2011. Home sales showed off an increase in some comparisons in the market. There have been a total of 85 homes sold during Q1 of 2011 in Murray Utah Houses. It went up 6.25 percent from 80 sold homes of Q1 2010 and another remarkable increase of 4.94 percent from 81 sold homes of the previous quarter last year(Q4 2010).

The median sold price reached $184,500 with a median CDOM of 94.  Murray UT Homes had an average sold price of $206,038 with an average CDOM of 153.

The highest price property was sold at $860,000 and the lowest price of sold home was at $49,000.
