Midvale UT real estate market wasn’t good in March this year compared to last year with 33.33 percent decline in sales. However, sales from last month have plunged to 22.22%.

Home sales drawn new numbers on its median sold price of about $175,000 with 115 median CDOM. Meanwhile, it gained an average sold price of $180,447 with 140 average CDOM respectively.
The highest selling price of sold home was at $365,000 while the lowest price was at $33,000.

South Jordan Utah Homes did not show any increasing points on its home sales during the first quarter of 2011. Some home sale comparisons went down in the market this time. Based from year over year sales, it slightly drifted down 3.8 percent from 155 sold homes to 149 sold homes of Q1 2011. It also decreased 9.14 percent from 164 sold homes of Q4 2010.
South Jordan Utah Real Estate sold the highest price property at $625,000 and the lowest price house at $130,000.
Home sales had a median sold price of $255,000 with 134 median CDOM. The average sold price was $278,187 with an average CDOM of 176.

It’s really a good news for Sandy Utah Homes as its home sales during the first quarter of the year increased in the market. A total of 202 homes have been sold out which drawn new home sale comparisons in the entire Sandy Utah Real Estate. There was a 98.03 percent increase from 102 sold homes of Q1 2010. Home sales during the fourth quarter of 2010 have been outnumbered and an increase of 68.33% from 120 sold homes to 202 this time was noted in the market.
The median sold price reached $236,000 with 130 median CDOM. Its home sales also brought an average sold price of $272,330 with 166 average CDOM. The highest selling price of sold home was at $1,320,000 while the lowest price house was sold at $43,000.

Murray Utah Real Estate really reaped the fruits of its labor in the real estate market during the first quarter of 2011. Home sales showed off an increase in some comparisons in the market. There have been a total of 85 homes sold during Q1 of 2011 in Murray Utah Houses. It went up 6.25 percent from 80 sold homes of Q1 2010 and another remarkable increase of 4.94 percent from 81 sold homes of the previous quarter last year(Q4 2010).
