Is the market up or down in South Jordan? Simply, there’s an up for its monthly change of sale and no increase of sales for its yearly sale level. Home sales seemed to be good in South Jordan Utah Real Estate. Nearly 42 homes have been sold out in the market.

Yearly change of sale is still the same compared to sales during February last year. Monthly change of sale rose 7.1 percent from 39 sold homes of January 2011. The median sold price went down 4.77 percent to $238,125 from $284,000 of February last year.

South Jordan Utah Homes got 9.6 months of inventory of which have been a buyer’s market again. Home sales have been for 155 median days on market.

Currently, there are 403 actively listed homes for sale in South Jordan Utah of which 117 properties are under contract.

February 2010 Home Sales: West Jordan’s numbers rose 17.95%!

This time, West Jordan Utah Real Estate regained something good home sales last month. We have good numbers in the market!

Home sale numbers rose for both yearly and monthly change of sales. West Jordan Utah Homes sold out 78 properties in the market. Year over year change of sale increased 17.95 percent from 64 sold homes of February 2010. Monthly change of sales also drifted up 16.7 percent from 65 sold homes of January this year.

The new home sale numbers also brought new median sold price of which dropped 3.75 percent to $177,100 from $184,000 of February last year. Good home selling and buying have been for 99 median days on market. It’s still a buyer’s market in West Jordan since it had 9.28 months of inventory.

Moreover, there are 724 actively listed homes for sale in West Jordan Utah as of the moment. It include 166 properties which are under contract in the market.

Monthly home sales in Midvale Utah Real Estate did not decrease or increase in the market for the month of February 2011 with 14 properties sold. On the other hand, year over year change of sale slightly increased 7.14 percent from 13 houses sold in February last year.

Median sold price in Midvale UT Homes went down from $189,900 to $148,780. Median price per square foot amounted $77.58.

Average homes sold have four bedroom and three bathroom features. At present, Midvale Real Estate has 191 active homes listed and 19 went under contract.

There was a little decrease in the number of sold Sandy UT Real Estate recorded last month. Based on the MLS data, only 59 homes have been sold out of which marked some low home sale comparisons for yearly sale level while an up for monthly change of sale.

Yearly change of sale slightly went down 1.67 percent from 60 sold homes of February last year. In terms of monthly change of sale, it went up 13.6 percent from 51 sold homes of January this year in Sandy Utah Real Estate.

Median sold price also went down nearly half a percent to $231,000 from $231,875 of February 2010. Home sales have been for 136 median days on market while it gained 10.59 months of inventory.

Recently, it had 625 actively listed homes for sale in Sandy Utah of which 137 went under contract in the market this time.

Taylorsville Utah Real Estate gained something good last month. Do you want to know why? That’s because home sales went up of which triggered the home sale curve for both monthly and yearly sale levels. With 24 total sold homes, yearly change of sale went up 12.5 percent from 21 sold homes of February 2010. Its monthly change of sale increased 29.2 percent from 17 sold homes of January this year.

The duration of home sales have been for 172 median days on market. Taylorsville Real Estate got 11.5 months of inventory of which achieved a buyer’s market again.

The median sold price was $147,900 of which dropped 15.49 percent from $175,000 of February last year.

How’s condo sales in Salt Lake City? Well, some numbers went up and some dropped this time. Let’s figure it out in Salt Lake City Utah Homes below.

There have been a total of 31 sold condos last month. This sales brought new home sale curves in the market of which yearly change of sale went down while monthly change of sale rose amidst the tougher home selling and buying in the market.

Yearly change of sale dropped 20.51 percent from 39 sold condos of February 2010. In terms of monthly change of sale, it slightly went up 3.2 percent from 30 sold condos of January 2010.

It’s been a buyer’s market in Salt Lake City UT Real Estate since it got 15.55 months of inventory. Home sales have been for 136 median days on market. The median sold price decreased 5.4 percent this time. From $164,900 of February 2010 to $156,000 of February this year.

According to MLS record, nearly 482 properties have been actively listed in Salt Lake City Condos of which 69 went under contract in the market.

Home selling and buying seemed to be tougher in Salt Lake City Real Estate last month. At certain point, some home sale comparisons showed some higher numbers and some still went down in the market. With a total of 143 homes sold, yearly change of sale still dropped 12.8 percent from 164 sold homes of February 2010. On the other hand, monthly change of sale went up 9.8 percent from 129 sold homes of January this year in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate. Not bad at all since it gained good numbers based on its monthly sale levels in the market.

In terms of median sold price, it went down 16.83 percent to $170,000 from $204,400. Home sales have been for 105 median days on market while it had 9.06 months of inventory.
