Market sales of Salt Lake City Utah Homes showed off some up and down numbers last month. These numbers are remarkable in ways that home sale curve still recovering in the market.

  • Monthly change of sales up 6.4 percent from 160 sold homes in July 2010 while yearly sale comparison dropped 27.54 percent of which 236 sold homes August 2009.
  • The median sold price reached $235,900 of which up 6.10 percent from $221,500 of August 2009 and still up from $230,000 of July 2010.
  • There have been a 9.16 months of inventory made by Salt Lake City Utah Homes of which home sales were on 72 median days on market.

West Valley City Utah Real Estate seems to have declining sales for the month of August 2010. One thing I could stressed out was the yearly change of sales of which dropped 46.25 percent while the monthly change of sale remained the same for both July and August this year. Around 43 homes have been considered as sold out last month and gave a median sold price of $145,000 of which drifted down 11.99 percent from $164,750 of August 2009.

Home sales in West Valley City Ut Real Estate have been for 59 median days on market. It also gained 14.79 months of inventory.

As of now, there are 636 homes for sale in West Valley City Utah of which 99 are under contract properties in the market.

West Jordan Home Sales for August 2010 rocketed up in the market!

It’s been a good time for West Jordan Utah Real Estate last month as its sales have notched up both from yearly and monthly sale levels. Around 95 properties have been considered as sold out according to West Jordan Ut Real Estate Multiple Listing Services. The sales have changed the curve up of which yearly change of sale got 1.05 percent increase while monthly change of sales drifted up 23.2 percent in the market.

Last month’s home sales have been for 91 median days on market of which months of inventory touched 8.18 level. The median sold price of West Jordan Utah Homes reached $185,000 of which dropped 11.25 percent from $208,450 of August 2009 but up a little from $182,000 of July 2010.

Currently, around 777 residential homes for sale in West Jordan Utah are present of which 154 are under contract properties in the market.

Taylorsville Utah Real Estate gained an up and down numbers in the market last month. Yearly change of sales dropped 39.02 percent while monthly change of sales drifted up 24 percent in the market. According to Taylorsville Ut Real Estate Multiple Listings Services, 25 have been considered as sold out of which affected the yearly and monthly sales.

Last month’s median sold price was $170,000 of which dropped nearly half a percent from $171,000 of August 2009 and but up from $158,000 of July 2010. Taylorsville Utah Homes sales have been for 83 median days on market. Months of inventory reached 12.52 in the market.

As of the moment, there are 313 residential homes for sale in Taylorsville Utah of which 47 are under contract properties.

South Jordan Utah Home Sales increased 12.12 percent in August 2010!

South Jordan Utah Real Estate seem to have recovered from the declining sales in the market last month. August was really a good month for South Jordan Utah Homes as its sales went up of which released and sold out 66 homes in the market. Year over change of sales drifted up 12.12 percent from 58 sold homes of August 2009 while its monthly change of sales rocketed up 43.9 percent from July 2010.

The median sold price of South Jordan Utah Real Estate last month dropped 4.92 percent to $290,200 from $309,000 of August 2009. Home sales have been for 95 median days on market and inventories reached 7.82 months in the market.

Currently, there are 516 actively listed homes for sale in South Jordan Utah of which 97 are under contract properties in the market.

Murray Utah Home Sales went down in August 2010!

It was another not so good month for Murray Utah Real Estate as its sales dropped in the market last month. According to its Multiple Listings Services, 24 homes have been considered as sold out of which brought a decline in the change of sales for both yearly and monthly levels in the market. Year over year change of sales went down 33.33 percent from 36 sold homes of August 2009 and monthly change of sales of which drifted down 11.1 percent from 29 sold home made during July 2010.

Murray Utah Homes For Sale got 13.3 months of inventory in the market. Home Sales have been for 81 median days on market. The number of median sold price also dropped 12.67 percent to $162,000 from $185,500 of August 2009.

As of now, around 320 active residential homes for sale in Murray Utah listed on its Multiple Listing Services of which 53 went under contract properties in the Utah Real Estate market.

Real Estate Sales Went Up in Magna for August

Home sales in Magna Utah Real Estate went up 5.26% for the month of August 2010. On the other hand, homes sales in the yearly levels went down 9.52% in the real estate market.

According to MLS, 19 properties were sold in August which was higher compared to 18 homes sold in July 2010.

Median sold price rose from $126800 to $130000 and was down from $143000 to $130000 in its original list price.

There are 195 actively listed homes for sale in Magna Utah and 19 went under contract.

Riverton notched up a little on its monthly home sales during August 2010!

Riverton Utah Real Estate somehow is moving up on its monthly home sales last August 2010. Around 37 homes have been sold out of which monthly sales level rose up 21.6 percent from 29 sold homes made during July 2010. Yearly sale comparison had been down 9.76 percent from 41 sold homes during August 2009.

The median sold price went down 11 percent to $258,000 from $289,900 of August 2009 but up a little from $249,000 of July 2010. The months of inventory have reached 7.35 of which home sales have been 97 median days on market.

As of now, there are 272 actively listed residential homes for sale in Riverton Utah of which 53 are under contract properties. The market of Riverton Utah Real Estate seems recovering this time despite of the just ended tax credit for first time home buyers which took effect few months ago.

Midvale UT Homes showed good curves in the real estate market for month of August 2010. An approximately 19 homes were sold in the area of Midvale UT. Homes sale were calculated and showed a 36.84 percent increase from 12 homes sold in July and also went up 53.57 percent in its year over change.

The median sold price declined to $164900 from $171450 last month. The original list price also declined from $189900 to $164900.

The average home sold in Midvale Utah Real Estate have three bedrooms with three bathrooms.
