There was a decline in the number of sold homes of West Valley City Utah Real Estate last month. Around 43 homes were sold out in the market of which dropped 53.26 percent from 92 sold homes in July 2009 and went down 54.7 percent from 95 sold homes last June this year. The months of inventory went up to 14.93 from 6.85 before.
West Valley City Ut Homes got a median sold price of $150,000 of which drifted down 11.23 percent from $168,975 of July 2009 and still down from $155,000 of June 2010. Home sales were on 67 median days on market for West Valley City Utah Real Estate for Sale.
Currently, there are 642 actively listed homes for sale in West Valley City Utah. Around 101 went under contract in the market this month. The just ended tax credit for first time home buyers had really affected the declining number of home sales this season of which we can traced it back last Spring time where home buyers have been encouraged more to purchase such properties in the market.
