West Jordan Home Sale Update: Number of Sold Properties dropped in July 2010!

The number of sold properties in West Jordan Utah Real Estate drifted down last month. As noted in West Jordan Utah, around 73 homes have been sold out in the market. These sales drawn some numbers in both yearly and month change of sales in West Jordan Ut Homes. Last month’s sales dropped 34.82 percent from 112 sold homes in July 2009 and still down 35.4 percent from 113 sold homes made during June 2010.
The median sold price also went down 11.86 percent to $182,000 from $206,500 of July last year. Months of inventory also went up to 10.45 percent and sales having been for 67 days on market West Jordan Utah Homes.
Currently, there are 763 actively listed West Jordan Utah Real Estate for sale of which 178 are under contract houses. Most probable reason why there was decline in the number of home sales might probably be attributed from the just ended tax credit incentive for first time home buyers.
