Taylorsville Home Sale Numbers: Decreased in July 2010!

While some other cities in Salt Lake County gained good numbers in the market, Taylorsville Utah Real Estate declined in the number of sold homes last month. About 19 properties were considered as sold in Taylorsville Utah MLS. Last month’s home sales drifted down 62.75 percent from 44 sold homes in July last year and monthly change of sales dropped 20.8 percent in the market.
With these home sale numbers, last month’s median sold price of $158,000 went down 8.41 percent from $172,500 of July 2009 and still down from $174,400 of June 2010. The home sales were on 51 days on market and the months of inventory went up to 16.68 in Taylorsville Utah Real Estate for Sale.
The decrease in the number of sold Utah homes might brought by the just ended home buyer’s tax credit where most people have purchased more in Spring time compared this summer season.
Currently, there are 317 actively listed residential homes for sale in Taylorsville Ut of which 48 under contract properties in the market.
