South Jordan Home Sales drifted down in July 2010!

The number of homes sold in South Jordan Utah Real Estate dropped last month. According to Wasatch Front Regional MLS, around 37 have been recorded as sold in South Jordan area. These numbers brought a change in the year over year comparison of sales of which went down 37.29 percent from 59 sold homes in July 2010. July’s sales were also down 54.3 percent from 81 sold homes made during June 2010.
South Jordan Utah Homes sales also drawn certain numbers in the median sold price of which drifted down 3.97 percent to $290,000 from $305,000 of July 2009. The months of inventory went up to 12.97 from 6.54.
As of now, there are 480 actively listed homes for sale in South Jordan Utah of which 131 are under contract properties. The low sales last month might have affected because of the just ended tax credit incentives’ effect of which first time home buyers have been encouraged to purchase properties during the time of Spring season in South Jordan Utah Real Estate for Sale.
