Home selling and buying in Sandy UT Real Estate have drawn new numbers in the market last month. Yearly and monthly change of sales brought new curves in the market too. According to MLS, there were 81 homes sold. Year over year change of sale slight increased 1.23 percent from 80 sold properties of December 2010. Monthly change of sale decreased 2.4 percent from 83 sold homes of November 2011.

Sandy Utah Homes Sales dropped a little in the market last month. Around 85 have been considered as sold in Sandy MLS. That’s an 18.27 decreased in terms of year over year change of sale from 104 sold homes during July 2009. Monthly change of sales also rocketed down a little of 3.4 percent from 88 sold homes in June 2010.
The median sold price also jumped up nearly 1 percent to $245,000 from $243,250 of July 2009. An 8.23 months of inventory was also noted of which home sales were on 70 median days on market Sandy Ut Real Estate.
As of now, there are 700 residential homes for sale in Sandy Utah of which 140 are under contract properties. The cause of the decline in the number of sold homes last month might be attributed from the just ended tax credit for first time home buyers wherein most of them were able to purchase properties during Spring season of in demand buying and selling Sandy Utah Homes.
