Riverton Utah Homes for Sale got declining numbers in terms of home sales last month. About 29 homes were sold out last month of which drifted down 25.6 percent from 39 sold homes made during June 2010. Year over year change of sales dropped 17.14 percent from 35 sold homes in July last year in Riverton Utah Real Estate for Sale.
In terms of median sold price, it went down 2.87 percent to $249,000 from $256,361 and still drifted down from $284,000 of June 2010.The months of inventory in Riverton Utah Real Estate went up to 9.10 before 7.64 and home sales were on 83 median days on market.
The number of actively listed residential homes for sale in Riverton Utah went down to 264 previously was 298. There are 64 under contract properties recorded for this month.
Indeed, the effect of the just ended home buyer tax credit had pulled down the number of home sales this season of which became one of the factors of the drastic decline of numbers in the market.
