Taylorsville Real Estate: Sales declined in June 2010!

In real estate business, sales are sometimes on top and sometimes low. We figured out last month that the number of sold homes in Taylorsville Utah Real Estate declined in the market. About 24 residential homes were sold out of which drifted down 45.45 percent in terms of year over year change of sales and was also down 29.4 percent based on its monthly change of sales.
Home sale prices also showed up new figures in the median sold price last month. The median sold price went down 3.38 percent to $174,400 from $180,500 of June 2009 and up from $159,500 of May 2010 in Taylorsville Utah Homes for Sale.
Although the sales did not overtake the sales in yearly and monthly levels, the number of active listings of homes for sale in Taylorsville Utah went up to 301 from 292 in May and has 52 under contract properties for the month of July.
