The month of June was a good investment time for South Jordan Utah Homes as its sales were up compared to other cities in Salt Lake County. Both yearly and monthly sales levels rocketed up of which sold out 81 homes in the market last month. This increase gave some figures such as 4.94 increased in the year over year change of sales and 3.7 up for monthly sales in South Jordan Utah Real Estate.
Last month, there was a little changes in the median sold price of which slightly drifted down 1.48 percent to $283285 from $295000 of June 2010 and up from $263500 of May 2010.
The number of active listings of residential homes in South Jordan Utah Real Estate went up to 530 from 511 of May 2010 and tallied 116 under contract properties this month.
