Home Sales down in Riverton for June 2010

Low sales was noted in Riverton Utah Real Estate for the month of June this year. Homes sales in the yearly and monthly levels went down in the market. According to MLS report, around 39 homes were sold out last month of which dropped 27.78 percent from 54 sold homes made during June 2009 and drifted down 31.6 percent from 57 sold homes in May 2010.
The dropping down of sale last month in Riverton Utah Homes only shows that the market was not that as productive compared from previous months. Last month’s median sold price rose 10.39% to $284,000 from $254,500 of June last year and was up from $244,500 of May this year.
There have been a 7.64 months of inventory and the number of actively listed residential homes for sale in Riverton Ut reached 298 of which 48 went under contract properties this month.
