South Jordan Utah Real Estate market just got even better this year. Last month, the number of homes sold in the market went up to 17.95 percent compared to May last year. Around 78 homes were sold during may 2010 which was higher by ten more sold homes compared to April 2010 and higher by 14 more sold homes than May 2010 sales.
South Jordan Utah Homes got a 6.55 months of inventory and implying balance market respectively. The median sold price went down to $263500 which was a little bit lower than $267250 of April 2010 and from $267450 of May 2009.
The number of active listings for this month went down to 511 from 516 of May 2010 and an under contract properties of 141 in South Jordan Ut Real Estate.
