West Valley City’s Home Sales Statistics went up 39.60%!

Homes Sales in West Valley City proved that it had gained higher numbers in the market last month.  Sold homes went up 39.60 percent during April this year. In terms of monthly sales, it drifted up 23.8 percent last month which was far higher than March homes sales of which garnered only 71 sold homes in the market.

The median sold price in West Valley City Homes went up 5.25 % to $162,000 from $153,500 of April last year and up from $157,000 of March this year. West Valley City Utah Real Estate got a 6.03 months of inventory this time which simply means that there’s a balance market happening in terms of home buying and selling.

As of the moment, actively listed properties in West Valley City Utah properties for sale reached 609 which was lower compared last month. Under contract properties went up 182 from 137 of the previous month.

West Jordan Home Sales rocketed up 25.21% in the market!

As the market gets better and better, West Jordan Utah Real Estate has seen good numbers in terms of home selling and buying during April 2010. Last month, home sales went up 25.21 percent of which sold 119 homes in the market. That’s 30 more sold homes compared to April last year. Monthly sales moved up 10.9 percent during April home sales which was higher compared to March this year’s sales.

Last month’s median sold price went down a little to $200,000 from $202,000 of April last year and was up from $195,000 of March this year. The months of inventory turned to 6.52 which puts up a balanced market in West Jordan Utah Homes.

Recently, there are 776 active home listings in West Jordan Utah properties for sale of which 233 went under contract in the market.

Taylorsville Home Sale Numbers jumped up 22.86% during April 2010

A year over year change of sales in Taylorsville Utah Homes gained good numbers in the market. Around 35 homes were sold last month which was higher by 8 more sold homes compared to sales made during April last year.

Last month’s sale went down 5 more sold homes when compared to sales in March this year of which got 40 sold homes in the market. In terms of median sold price, Taylorsville Utah properties for sale had $185,000 which was higher compared to March median sold price of $175000 and went up 8.65 percent compared to April last year.

Currently, there are 269 actively listed residential homes in Taylorsville Utah Real Estate which 67 went under contract. The months of inventory 7.69 percent which means that it’s still a buyer’s market in Taylorsville Utah Houses for sale.

Riverton’s Homes Sales up 35.85 % during April 2010

The home sale number was just good in Riverton Utah Real Estate last month. A year over year change of sales went up 35.85 percent.  Home buying and selling reached 53 units sold in the market during April 2010 which was higher by 10 more sold homes compared to April 2009.

While there was a sudden increased on the year over year change of sales, the monthly change of sales also drifted 18.9 percent. Months of inventory got 5.47 that gave off a balanced market in Riverton Utah Homes for Sale. The median sold price was down to $234,900 from $255,000 of march this year and fell down 20.37 percent from $295,000 of April last year.

As of the moment, actively listed properties went down to 290 from 301 active listings during March 2010. This month’s under contract residential homes went up to 78 from 50 homes under contract made a month ago.

There will be a greater market to come as trends in the real estate market still continues to be stable and better in the coming months.

Murray Home Sales for April 2010 rose 33.33%

Home sales in Murray Utah drifted up 33.33 percent based on its year over year change of sales. During April 2010, around 48 homes were sold which was higher compared to April of last year.

Last month’s sales also increased 31.3 percent compared to sales made during March 2010 of which releasing and sold out 33 homes in the market. The median sold price went down to $172,050 from $195600 of April last year and from $180000 of March this year.

It had a 5.88 months of inventory which means that there was a balanced market in Murray Utah Real Estate. As of now, there are 282 actively listed residential homes in Murray Utah Homes For Sale of which 66 went to under contract properties in the market. This is just a start of how the market in Murray recovers after the downturns previously.

Midvale Home Sales Numbers Jumped 46.43% in First Quarter of 2010

Midvale Utah homes released 56 units in first quarter of 2010. Home sales climbed up by 46.43 percent compared from 30 homes sold in Q1 last year.  The lowest home released in Midvale amounted $70500 and $350000 for the highest price.

Graph shows some ups and downs on Midvale home sales. The highest homes sold was in first quarter of 2007 with 93 homes sold, it jumped down to 47 in 2008 and declined again to 30 in first quarter 2009.  The lowest count was in first quarter of year 2009. The median price went up from $175450 to  $188450.

The average price is $ 191022, with 113 Average Contract Days on Market.

Magna Utah Home Sale Numbers Went Up 7.5 Percent in First Quarter of 2010

Forty-three units were sold in Magna Utah Real Estate for the first quarter of this year and showed an increase of 7.5 percent from 2009 of the same quarter 40 homes sold.  The highest home sold amounted $216990 and $ 89000 for the lowest.

Magna Utah Home sales graph show some ups and downs since year 2007. The highest homes sold was 111 in Q1 of 2007, it went down to 58 in 2008 and decreased again to 40 during 2009.  The lowest count was in Q1 2009.

The median price went down from Q1 2009 $159450 to $136500 first quarter of 2010. The average price is $ 142296.

Kearns Utah First Quarter Homes Sale Increased 10% in 2010

Kearns Utah Homes sold around 22 properties for the first quarter of 2010. Home sales went up by 10 percent from 20 homes sold in Q1 of 2009. The lowest home sold for this quarter costs $87000 and the highest home sold is $195100.

The statistics showed some ups and downs in Kearns Home sales. The highest number of homes that were sold was 68 in Q1 of 2007.  It went down in 2008 with 45 and down again by 55 percent in 2009.  The lowest was in Q1 of 2009 with 20 units sold, the median price went down from last year’s first quarter $151750 to $136450.

The average price for this quarter is $130981.

Magna Utah Home Sale Up by 30.95 Percent in April 2010

Magna sold an estimated 42 homes during April 2010 and was up by 30.95 percent than in March that had sold 29 homes. Compared to April 2009 homes sold, Magna increased 57.14 percent in year over year change.

The median sold price went up from $130000$140000.

The original list price also decreased from $149999.5 down to $140000.

Currently, 170 are active properties in Magna Utah Real Estate, 41 went under contract. The average homes sold have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom features. The median dollar per square foot is $73.55.

Kearns Utah Home Sale Climbed Up 35 Percent in April 2010

Kearns Utah Homes sold 20 units during the month of April 2010 which shows an increase by 35 percent home sales than the previous month. It also climbed up 20 percent from April 2008 home sales.

The median sold price drifted down from $147500 to $133000 and the original list price also went down from $151400 to $133000.

The average homes sold has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathroom features. The median square foot is 1605.

At present, there are 100 active properties in Kearns, 21 have gone under contract.
