Home Sales Statistics increased 31% for South Jordan during March 2010
South Jordan Utah Homes For Sale has just shown good numbers on its monthly sales this year. Around 55 homes were sold in the market and the number of homes sold in South Jordan during March was up 31% compared with February this year and drifted up 1.82 percent compared with March of last year. The median sold price went down to $284500 from $294450 of March last year.
There are 558 active listings and 67 went under contract properties for South Jordan Ut Homes. In the coming months, active home buyers are expected to rise just to beat up the last momentum of tax credit in the market.
