Home selling and buying in West Valley City Utah Real Estate showed off some new curves in the market last month. There were 79 homes sold in West Valley City UT Real Estate. Year over year change of sale went up 22.78 percent from 61 homes sold during December 2010. Monthly change of sale dropped 3.7 percent from 82 sold homes of November 2011.
The median sold price reached $123,000 of which decreased 22.15 percent from $158,000. Sold properties have been for 68 median days on market. West Valley City Utah Homes had a balance market due to 5.51 months of inventory.
So far, there are 435 actively listed homes for sale in West Valley City Utah of which 120 are under contract properties in the market.
West Jordan Utah Real Estate revealed high numbers in the market last month. Home sales went up during December last year.
