There was a little shifting down on the number of home sales in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate last month. The number of single family homes in Salt Lake City dropped in the market in terms of sales last July 2010. This was probably due to the just ended tax credit for first time home buyers. Condo Sales Update in Salt Lake City: Down in July 2010!

The number of condo sales went down in the market last month. Salt Lake Homes have been considering its sales of which 26 sold condos were noted in July 2010. Statistics shows that there was a year over year change of sales decrease of 58.73 percent from 63 sold homes recorded in July 2009. The 26 sold homes in July was also down 54.4 percent from 57 sold homes in June 2010.

Sandy Utah Home Sales: Decreased in July 2010!

Sandy Utah Homes Sales dropped a little in the market last month. Around 85 have been considered as sold in Sandy MLS. That’s an 18.27 decreased in terms of year over year change of sale from 104 sold homes during July 2009. Monthly change of sales also rocketed down a little of 3.4 percent from 88 sold homes in June 2010.

There was a decline in the number of sold homes of West Valley City Utah Real Estate last month. Around 43 homes were sold out in the market of which dropped 53.26 percent from 92 sold homes in July 2009 and went down 54.7 percent from 95 sold homes last June this year. About 19 properties were considered as sold in Taylorsville Utah MLS. Last month’s home sales drifted down 62.75 percent from 44 sold homes in July last year and monthly change of sales dropped 20.8 percent in the market.

The number of homes sold in South Jordan Utah Real Estate dropped last month. According to Wasatch Front Regional MLS, around 37 have been recorded as sold in South Jordan area. These numbers brought a change in the year over year comparison of sales of which went down 37.29 percent from 59 sold homes in July 2010.
